WW2 SPECIAL PROJECTS THE SECRET UNDERGROUND JONASTAL SIII

  • One of the largest secret projects under joint command of the SS and the SIII under General Kammler took place in and around the Jonastal Valley in central Germany. It involved enormous underground tunnels, bunkers and vertical missile silos, and testing of nuclear bombs.
Over 30 thousands of prisoners were excavating tunnels in the valley but that is only the top of the iceberg. Hidden in the mountains valleys and under the nearby towns are tunnels, research and connecting tunnels, the extent of this operation is still unknown. At the center of these munitions plants and weapons testing facilities was the huge proving grounds where according to GRU reports and many eyewitnesses several nuclear bombs were tested. I will try to present the picture for you as I am my fellow historians take you through the towns and fields describing what was there and what is hiding underground.
And still today strange things happens there, spies and cover-ups. I suggest if you have not seen them yet, watch my previous episodes from Jonastal this may be the last history defying secret place of the war.
NOTE Several of the aerial photos I used was previously posted by Christel Focken, I had received these by 3rd party, but she entirely deserves credit for those.

First off, I am a U.S. Army Veteran with six years' service in the Military Police Corps. I am also a retired Police Lieutenant with an additional twenty-two years before retirement. Let me float this hypothesis: Martin Borman, knowing the end was near and all the valuable technology the NAZI's had, approached the Allies with the proposition to give them, by that I mean the United States, all that technology, nuclear, missile, aviation and chemical/bio research, plus the scientists willing to continue the research, ala project paperclip, for the price of allowing Hitler to escape to Argentina and live out his live in exile. Possibly a similar deal was struck with the USSR. Maybe that is the dirty little secret everyone is hiding.

Well.. The evidence of M.B himself escaping and living in South America is overwhelming and the fact that his remains were "found" Anyone interested in this topic should go to the historian Mark Feltons channel and watch the series on M.B. I think most people will conclude that the official story is crap.

The reason the war dragged on long after it was lost was because the allies flatly refused a conditional surrender, they wouldn't then have allowed Hitler to enjoy a comfortable retirement in exile. The whole point of the war was the destruction of National Socialism, along with its main architect.

I was once Stationed at a Post in W. Germany that was known to have a significant underground complex where several different things were done. We were not allowed to see this underground, and for the most part it was kept flooded to keep people out. Many years later I saw that a large, and lengthy construction project took place there, and I believe that the complex was partially removed. today, where the rest of the complex existed, there is a very large Siemens Facility covering that area. Housing, and small businesses cover the rest of it. What you've shown here about Factories covering old underground facilities jogged my memory. I enjoyed watching this video, Thanks!

Such complexes are not removed easy, they most likely reinforced the underground tunnels and use them either for climate controlled storage, cooling or shelters. The only option to "remove" them is to fill tunnels with stones or concrete, otherwise they could cave in later

There are many places in Ohrdruf, Wechmar, Bittstätt, Luisenthal, Gotha and Arnstadt with vast Underground areas non explored yet. We think there might even be one or more secret underground train tunnels still in use today (at least 40-60 meters underground). Team Delta measured 16 2/3 cycles 15KV electricity underground (This is only used by railway systems in Germany) and strange noises and vibrations like operating subway trains maybe the Army (US?) still uses an underground facility under Ohrdruf....secret subway route is supposed to go Weimar Erfurt Arnstadt Gotha Wechmar Ohrdruf Luisenthal and back.

If you want to hide a bunker complex, you empty it and destroy it. If you want to maintain and continue to use a bunker complex, you build large factories on it. With some of the factories listed that are on the area, I wouldn't be surprised if they are still using the complex. It's the "what are they using it for" that is the extremely curious part.

Noticed that in those fields you were are patches of brush growing . As an old farm hand the only time we left brush like that was if there was something in there like rock piles or big holes . If i had been there with ya , i would have had a look into every one of them . The reason the military isnt sharing with ya could be , they're still using them , perhaps for secure weapons storage . The one corner of the factories there now could easily be a front for the military . Trucks coming and going all the time day and night would simply go unnoticed by the locals

It is beyond doubt that the Nazis had NO critical mass of Uranium for even one single nuclear bomb like they are known today. They would have loved to breed Plutonium in a Uranium reactor but as they had no technique to produce U-235 with at least 3,5 percent concentration, the would have needed heavy water from Norway and they did not success in procure ite from there.
But they were leading in hollow-charge shells. IF they had found a way to concentrate the temperature of those to start a miniature nuclear explosion (more than 100 million degrees Celsius for starting) using sub-critical amounts of U235, the powers to be would NEVER admit it, because all the minor states which today still have no access to nuclear technique, would start building the miniature ones. Imagine Saddam Hussein had some Gerald Bull not building his super cannon, but nice little nuclear bombs.
So I don't know what to believe.

Tino, you are providing a great service to your followers. One cannot imagine WHY this information is being covered up, & by whose order. This is bullshit. As you stated, there is NO reason WHY , after 77 years the true story cannot be told to the entire world. I am astounded by the underground construction efforts, & the fact that Germany had built & tested at least three devices. If one reflects upon on these things, if the war had carried on just a short time longer, I believe Germany could have won the war. While I have no interest in living in a world run by the likes of the NAZI party, I feel safe in saying that the likes of Putin would never have been a problem. NO, I am NOT a NAZI sympathizer , nor am I a Communist, but the Nazis would have executed all the leaders of the Soviet government , from Stalin on down, & set up a Nazi style government. We were perilously close to losing the WW2. I admire your work Tino, & I wish you every success in your adventure of discovery for the truth. Happy New Year.

So, remembering knowledge is ammunition, i can't help but wonder what knowledge someone thought would be worthy to be denied the general public and for what gain exactly?
    1. Nuclear waste handling (glassing)
    2. Nuclear power application (cheap most energy for the masses (poor people in the first place))
    3. "War never changes": a lie told thousand times becomes truth: You give me $1000 dollars and I repeat a thousand times "I owe you no 1000 dollars"; then we sit down and discuss this "proverb" again, okay?
    4. What if the war indeed changed face: Economic warfare, Public opinion warfare (social networks (-webs?)), National education warfare - non military forms of aggression and warfare in short?

One aspect may be the "as above,so below" or "history repeats itself" consider how much technology we "looted" after the war. Now consider how much we replicated/duplicated as well. If massive underground bunkers/cities existed then how much more so now? Just think of those massive incomprehensible black budgets and missing monies. Some questions are best not asked in the first place.

Wikipedia article on Fritz Menzer: (What do you know about Werfen?)
"He remained as an adviser cryptologist in the defense until the end of the war, which he did not experience in Berlin, but together with part of the OKW/Chi under the direction of Wilhelm Fenner in the south of the Reich, in Werfen. On 23 April 1945, OKW/Chi was officially disbanded and the staff was assigned to the General der Nachrichtenaufklärung (GdNA) [5] Just before the American army reached its location about 40 km south of Salzburg, they burned their documents or threw them into the Salzach. With the capitulation of the Wehrmacht on 8 May 1945, the service was terminated for all former members of the OKW. Menzer was captured and interned at the US camp Neufeld near Munich".

The enormous concentration of mining, refining, industrial and academic facilities here since at least the 1920s (when radioactivity was known but before the critical nuclear experiments) would have given the German/Nazi program an enormous advantage over the U.S. purpose built, but greenfield facilities at Oak Ridge, Hanford and Los Alamos. The folks had the hands on trade and engineering knowledge that academics like Heisenberg lacked. The communications bunker may have been the precursor of Cheyenne Mountain! The Nazi's had distributed research like DARPA, but the mining, manufacturing and engineering was apparently concentrated here where the Radium/Uranium mines (and fundamental research in nearby Vienna) were. The Nazi's clearly knew about Uranium why else have a "Uranium Club"?

Was Conrad Zuse in nearby Austria? It is said Zuse visited Mittelbau-Dora, but went to "Austrian Alps" which conceivably could be close to here. History is ambiguous about whether Zuse sat out the war in Austrian mountains or whether his Z4 computer was used in bomb calculations like U.S. ENIAC. -- UPDATE -- NO -- but I stumbled on Fritz Menzer in cryptography.

Just a thought….. is it just a coincidence that new factory infrastructure has been built on some of these sites that just happens to be the very same businesses who were there or very much involved during the war?
Or is it something a little bit more financially motivated? Did those businesses invest heavily into these places during the war and now that Germany is its own country again the companies have a “legitimate” claim to “their” wartime facilities?
It is a common theme in western capitalist societies that big business control governments to some degree.
