Hard to believe isn't it? The Moody Blues have been a favorite for at least that long . I'd never seen them live and finally got to in 1999 and they totally blew me away. They were flawless and age hadn't made any difference except improved. I didn't know Justin Haywood had this and hope he still does. ❤️❤️❤️❤️💙💙💙💙

Thank you Justin. The Moodies is my all time favorite band. Other bands come and go but not the Moodies. Their music is different and nothing to compare to. I have loved this music and Justin's voice since the beginning. I was only 19 years old back then but listening to their music sounds as good today as it did yesterday. I listen to their music everyday. I have it on cd in my car of my favorite songs and I listen to it in my house. Their music never gets old. I was fortunate to be there when their music hit the USA and I was 19. What an opportunity. I could not wait until their next album to come out because I knew it would be different!

In 1970 I was traveling in Europe for a year in a V.W. Camper with a good friend. While traveling we found out about the Isle of Wight concert and decided to attend. This is where I fell in love with a band I had never heard of before. To top the cake I found out the drummers 1st. name was Graeme and decided if I ever had a son his name would be Graeme. On May 27, 1979, 9 years later, he was born. Besides going to many land concerts I sailed on their 1st. 3 ocean cruise concerts in the mid 20's out of Florida. To wrap it up they are and always will be the best band ever. No one has ever even come close to being better than THE MOODY BLUES! Aloha from Waianae, Hawaii.

"A Night At Red Rocks" My favorite concert I've ever been to (damn near front row center!) was a performance by the Moody Blues at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado the had the Colorado Symphony Orchestra backing them. It September 9th, 1992. They played the heck everything! I still listen to the album to this very day. I am a guitarist and singer. I cover The Actor, Legend of a Mind, Ride My Seesaw, Tuesday Afternoon, Question, and of course Nights In White Satin, Lovely to See You, and I Know You're Out There Somewhere, and We're All Looking For Someone. Obviously a huge influence on me and my playing over the years. Fantastic!
Thank you guys so very, very much for all of the beautiful poetry and masterful musical artistry you have so gracefully given to the world. Bravo!.. Encore!

What I like so much is that Justin is paying attention to the help from, like in this case, Ray Thomas or another time Mike Pinder to complete the songs. I was only 11 years old. From that time forward, I sought out every album you ever created, both with the Moodies and privately. Your music has changed and shaped my life over the years. From the ballads, poems, and rock n roll, each piece has touched me, and sustained me through difficult times. Your artistry is legendary and is truly a gift to the world. An album way ahead of its time, "In Search of the Lost Chord". It was 1969 (I believe); "Departure" and the transition to "Ride my See Saw", the sleeve art, the wonderful hymn featured here, the Indian flavor of "Om" etc. left an indelible mark in my soul. I remember being so impressed while watching The Moody Blues on the "Tom Jones Show", I was 12 then. The fashion looks funny now, right? But the music is still powerful and awesome. Wonderful album, sweet memories.

It’s hard to say which MB music I like best because I love it all. As I’ve posted before, I first heard the music of the Moody Blues in 1971-72. The music was therapy for my heart, mind and soul, and I am certain it helped to save my life. I jumped at the chance and saw the Moody’s in concert 1973 (or late summer 1972) in Baltimore. I spent the next 21 years building my Army career, retired in 1994 and went to work for Boeing in Seattle. After leaving Boeing (retired) I taught in a private international school in Shanghai. My students learned several Moody Blues songs, Voices In The Sky was a particular favorite in the classes. I returned to Seattle in 2014 and attended another Moody Blues concert in October of that year. Thank you Justin Hayward for your ‘Tuesday Presentations’.

As a teacher of Metaphysics, I would say this song takes us to that mystical calling, what does Heaven want me to do and what does it say to me, through people, animals, voices around me? Its a beautiful expression of Clairaudience. Thank you Justin. Enlightenment is made of such things. xx

A beautifully gentle song sung by an English gentleman. Now, where would you find either of those two today, let alone together. Justin Hayward’s voice is, to me, one of the most underrated. The comforting tone and expressiveness can really only come from that earlier era. Like everything about Justin, it is classy. The flute playing adds enormously to the whole experience which is one of peace and love - we’re back to that earlier age again.
