- Sylvester Stallone loves mingling amongst the fans and chatting with his many admirers... what he doesn't love is people taking advantage of his kindness. After dining a with his family at Craig's for daughter Scarlet's 19th birthday, the action film icon partook in an autograph session and playfully threatened a greedy seeker who tried to fool him into signing multiple items. Stallone quipped, "If you ask for a third one I'm going to punch you in the face!" The star is later if the the Logan Paul/Floyd Mayweather boxing match is a joke and replies, "It's good entertainment!"

He is actually very patient and nice. Most of these guys sell the autographs online for money - very few actual fans in the mix. Stallone is a good sport, does not appear like an arrogant movie star at all.
Only an idiot would buy autographed merch online or in general. I always require authentication and certification before I buy anything with an autograph. No authentication and certification I won't pay for it.

I was an extra on the set of the Expendables. Stood right next to Stallone a few times and never once thought about bothering him. The guys that took the picture is something I would do if it wasn’t intruding. Seemed like Stallone was much happier to do that for them because he knew how much it would mean to them and they were genuinely happy to see him. Unlike the others who were just trying to make a profit. Who would buy a signed item anyway. Does the person even know it’s actually signed by the celebrity. Stallone is a trooper though and understands it comes with the territory. Funny how people were calling him Rocky. Shows how iconic that character is.
I think if I saw him on the street I would not say "Sly" I say "Rocky", I have grown up with his movies.

"If you have a third one, I'll punch you in the face", then pretending to autograph that dude's forehead. Then continued to say: "I have to fight arthritis here", again a joke the fat dude did not get, who asked "Arthritis?" - "Yeah."

So many videos I have seen with him. He is so patient and courteous to everyone. Imagine living that life with the money and fame. He isn’t able to go for a walk and grab a coffee without being hounded by cameras. With that being said he still has a smile on his face

If I had the chance to meet Sylvester Stallone, I'd thank him for bringing us all those great movies that he's done. As far as I'm concerned, the Rocky Balboa character is nothing short of inspirational.
Many celebrities don’t mind taking the photos with fans, except for the security risk, mainly because they know it’s sincere. But the autograph seekers often will sell the item on eBay. This aggravates them.
What annoys me even more is when someone bothers a celebrity while they’re eating.
Or one time in Paul Newman's case, while he was attending at a urinal. Newman never gave autographs after this ordeal.
I actually admire Sylvester more because of how patient he is amid the chaos. Shows how much of a genuine character he is just like Rocky

Makes stallone happy inside, being such a likable person. He is a legacy just within his demeanor alone. When he drove away, he most likely felt really good knowing hes made such a mark within society, setting examples how a person should carry themselves. Many years he gave us stellar movies, never boring. Always adventurous. Wish him a happy restfull well deserved retirement, if/when he does feel its time to retire. Met in person, also worked at her personal house/3-days in 2007, holly marie combs. She also is very surprisingly nice, and a highly competent girl. She had everything planned/organized, was very decisive within what she wanted completed within work on her property. I nick named her happy holly. Wish i someday could meet stallone, stellar person.

When I am out and about in public and see someone of celebrity status I get as far away from them as I can, knowing that they are only people who work a job like me. I leave them alone out of respect for their privacy. If I,m at an event where they want to see their fans to visit with them, that is another thing. in public settings these folks, need to be left alone. :)

I knew a guy who back in the late 90s saw Stallone walking down Sunset in LA in the middle of the day. Apparently nobody else noticed him. My buddy goes up and asks him for his picture before realizing he didn’t have a camera on him. So Stallone literally WAITS ON THE SIDEWALK for my friend to go into a corner market and buy one of those little disposable cardboard cameras from back in the day to get a pic. Apparently Stallone was super friendly and patient, didn’t seem rushed, and took the time to chat with him. Now that’s a class act.

To my knowledge I don't think I've ever met a movie star, but I have met many musicians in so many bands over the years. Most are nice and pretty chill, others can be assholes, but those musicians are pretty rare as most are extremely patient and nice. I have had autographs before for cds that I listen to and keep but a lot of the time I don't even get autographs or pictures, usually I just thank them for their time and contributions to the music scene.
I can't think of any movie that Sylvester Stallone was in that I didn't like, and yes that does include "Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot." Seriously. I actually liked that movie as a kid. I haven't seen it since then (I'm 40 now), but I would rewatch it now as an adult if I could find a copy of it or if it is streaming online somewhere. If he ever saw or read this, thank you Sylvester for the amazing movies that you gave us over the years.
