I live in Turkey, I don't know how well I speak, but I am a member of Turkey's only classical guitar association and I have a concert in June this summer. I will play this piece. It is very nice.
I'm used to hearing thos played on guitar but it sounds good on lute, too. It was probably oriyinally played on lute rather than hiitar in an earlier hostorical era it was written in.
