A great video, thank you. I liked the fact that you showed us the manual note, but also it’s the first time I’ve been able to really see the quality of the video. I’m sold on this but it’s the quality of the video that’s just holding me back.

Nice simple manual mode walkthrough. You could also add the use of a small controller like the ones from 8Bitd0. Also (drumroll) a new feature is coming…gesture based controls while in flight! They drop on March 14th 2024.

Thanks so much but I have no intent on of using the 8bitdo as I don’t want to carry that much :) I will keep trying different things with the firmware updates, though!

Can use the vertical camera in the manual mode?

    This is very useful.
Can you also control the speed of the movements, or is that a fixed setting for all moves, like slow or fast?

So glad it is! You really cannot control the speeds.

I tried it but speed is fixed and is sooooo slow …it’s a nice device but I may be selling it soon to get the dji neo if (4K, speed for manual mode, less than 100g as hoverair x1 smart)

I am looking forward to testing the DJI Neo myself, and posting videos of it. Especially if it really is 4K!
