Yeah that would've been a good move. Right now as in this clip really think the creator really has lost it. Might have liked him and his brand Marvel but that was in the 90's or another time.
RIP Stan Lee. To make perhaps my all-time favorite Batman portrayer Michael Keaton a good villain in Spiderman Homecoming was astounding. It's like this moment predicted that appearance.
Memorable, but far from great. Aside from origin stories plausibly drawn from other writers, name one Stan Lee story that's still considered among the great ones.
@@georgeliquor1236 Some of those are quality stories as far as Silver Age Marvel goes, but only one is written entirely by Stan (he can take his "mento-hemet" and shove it). The listed Fantastic Four stories weren't just illustrated by Kirby, but also co-plotted. For the Spider-Man ones, Ditko was even listed as a co-writer. Both Ditko and Kirby were able to write (not to mention, draw) far better comics than Stan after leaving for DC.
He can’t have liked the French dub of Lisa vs. Malibu Stacy! For that dub, “My Spidey-sense is tingling! Anybody call for a web slinger?” was changed to “To the Batmobile, Robin! The Joker is at it again!”! Or so I’ve heard, I haven’t found it yet. I live in the UK.
RIP Stan Lee. He didn't break things, he made them better.
He broke the batmobile...
YowLife no he made it better
Or, so he said.
Stan lee hums Spider-Man theme while putting marvel comic books in front of the DC ones
“Broke? Or made it BETTER?” Hums Spider-Man them while placing Marvel comic books over DC comics.
Yes, we all watched this clip.
Oh yeah, thx for the pointer. Didn't see that detail 😂
Ironically, he would make the 1989 and 1992 Batman Michael Keaton the main villain of Spiderman: Homecoming.
This fucking angers me
DC comics rules!!!!
@@BlackieFoxxless Tell me about the 1996 Marvel-DC crossover then. Both companies were friendly rivals, and D.C. even released a tribute to Stan Lee.
Him on The Simpsons is still my favorite appearance of him in any show/movie.
"Look he's fitting right now."
Flayne009 Stan Lee came back?
Stan Lee never left.
Oh, wait... :(
R.I.P. Original Comic Book Guy.

"Broke?, or made it better!?"
I bought the new Marvel Legends figure of the Thing for my daughter, and I can't wait to give her a Batmobile to go with him.
Real Reason he's crying: He should've been taking pictures of Stan Lee breaking it so he could sell his broken Batmobile on E-bay for thousands
Yeah that would've been a good move. Right now as in this clip really think the creator really has lost it. Might have liked him and his brand Marvel but that was in the 90's or another time.
Especially now Rip.
See, Stan Lee did make it better!
RIP Stan Lee.
Beat me to it 😠
REST IN PEACE, LEGEND!
My favorite gag in the Simpsons R.I.P Stan Lee
Rest in power, Mr. Lee. I love this episode, loved his cameo, and I loved Comic Book Guy's line of his mind no longer being in mint-condition. 🤣
Goodbye, Stan Lee. Loved your creations.

This is going to get a lot of well deserved attention soon. Legendary dude.

Joel Schumacher: "Broke... or made it better?"
It sounds like he's laughing, "Ha ha, you broke my Batmobile" @ 0:27
That’s what I was thinking.
Stan Lee finally left. RIP Stan Lee.
Even with severe dip in quality by this point in The Simpsons this still remains one of the best gags overall.
Rest In Peace, Stan
I love how he probably could pick any normal sized Marvel character and they might fit but he picks the huge stone man without a second thought.
Goodbye Stan! Thank you for your heroes! 😢
RIP stan all the cameos thanks
But still, R.I.P. Stan Lee, the King of Cameos. You'll always be a True Believer in our hearts. #Excelsior. Excelsior forever. 😞😥
One of the better post 2000 episodes of The Simpsons and it’s because of Stan Lee proof that he didn’t break things he made them better RIP Stan Lee
LMFAO! This scene never ceases to amuse me. Also, Database is a very underrated Simpsons character!
Lmao this is such a funny scene “Look! He’s fitting right now!”

Database !!!
Funny that Stan sabotages every DC property by covering up DC comics with his Marvels and destroying the Batmobile with his Thing.
Let’s face it, we’d all do this if we worked for Marvel. I know I would, and plan to one day 😂😂😂
But did he really at this time? His family took Disney (and it's Marvel subsidiary to court over even the residual use of their prior EIC's likeness.
what episode?
I am Furious (Yellow) (season 13, episode 18)
Stanley never left us

Did this episode came out in the 90s if so it could explain why. During the 90s marvel was going through bankruptcy.
