Hi Sheila ever thought about using a dressing gown as a housecoat. I wear one all the time and sometimes a hot water bottle tucked inside. Very seldom turn my heating on

Interesting, you have some good prices! I was just putting away my receipt from Trader Joe’s from yesterday. A package of six crumpets was $2.99. Apples were $.89 per apple. Small bag of licorice bits was $2.99. 😮🤷🏻
Not sure of the difference from the £ to the dollar, but it looks like your cost of food is much more than it is in the UK, maybe your wages are more than ours here in the UK..
@@SheilaShopsandCooks I was also trying to figure out the difference in currency, but I agree with you I think I’m still paying more after we factor that in. I am in San Francisco so it’s a high cost of living here. The inflation for groceries is very noticeable the last couple of years. Even a bottle of lotion or something like that is crazy. Sometimes one loaf of wheat bread is about $5.99. It’s a little bit better at Trader Joe’s, maybe $3.99 but that still is crazy, right?
