I looked at mine right after I got back from vacation so I didn’t notice anything. But after catching up on videos and seeing yours I had to check mine. I also have the tape imprint. And I was lucky to only find two dust specs so far. Thank you for showing us.
The figure looks fantastic! I’m still waiting for my North American preorder to release. I’m excited to see her in person, and I hope she won’t have any flaws. They still seem fairly minor though.

She is stunning!! I got mine on Wed, one of her rings had a little bit of missing paint. I saw that as soon as I got her out of the box. I now need to see if she also has the tape on the cape, that's so odd
Yours sounds like they might be in better shape than the one Sailor Tortilla got. I’d be really upset if mine had that many flaws for as expensive as it is.

I just went to go check if mine has the tape on the cape and it dose!! That's so funny I never would had seen that if not for your video, so Thank you so much for the info!! But I didn't see any black dots so at lest that's good.

@@SailorSnubs Now we need to see if the tape will be on the international figures. For me my stuff I get from Japan always has some tiny flaws but when I order the international stuff I don't get any flaws. But I know that's not the case for everyone.

Three days ago, I finally finished reading the last arc from manga and I’m surprised by Sailor Cosmos.
I was slightly confused at first, but after a short while, I understand her more now, and I think she’s very interesting.

We don't always get a Sailor Cosmos figure, so I'm really excited to get mine! It's still in transit from Japan to the Philippines.
I think it's very pretty. I didn't end up buying it because of the angle of her pose. I was worried i wouldn't be able to see her properly on my shelf.
I think Sailor Yuri also had the tape issue, and even more paint issues with her hair. Seems like someone in the production line didn't remove the tape, and the painters ignored it, too. What a disappointment. Love Gakabox's Cosmos, like I may actually be in love with her. Have you pre-ordered his newer Cosmos?? She's angelic!

Thanks for highlighting the flaw! I went to check mine and it has the "tape" thing in the cape too! I suspect it might have been a piece of tape stuck on the mould, which left an imprint that's now on all figures?
Oh that would explain it! If the mould actually had something stuck on it, then the final plastic for all of the figures would also have the imprint
I’m wondering how did sailor moon become sailor cosmos ? It would be neat if there was a short manga about how sailor moon became sailor cosmos and why. And I have my Kitsune characters based on her and Galaxia, for I like the hairstyles and how cosmos has heart buns, and Galaxia’s hair fades into another color.
Yes, she is. Trying my best not to spoil anything, but read the manga for a more in-depth on how Sailor Cosmos came to be. Or, with the final movie coming out this summer on Netflix, it may give a more in-depth on Cosmos, too.
I got super lucky, I got 2 and one is perfect and the other only has like 2 darker spots on her bust.
But now I need to see if I missed the tape thing.
Not sure if you have them but there is also the water dome gachapon and also the little otedama plush of cosmos :D

Thank you for the review! I am still waiting for mine! Honestly, I think the Eternal Sailor Moon looks better because she didn’t feel as rushed! I think Bandai rushed Cosmos to capitalize on the movie hype so that’s why the QC is not ideal
