I started looking at your CZcams channel and I thought it was incredible, I'm a gold 1, I was gaining little points to move up, but now I'm gaining a lot, could you make a video about your training routine one day? I already tried to use AIMLAB but I didn't understand how to use it correctly.
NOTE: I already have training in Valorant, but I think it would be interesting to start using AIMLAB, and as you asked in the video, my favorite sheriff skin is the neo frontier :D

You can create a custom resolution in the NVIDIA control panel if your card is a NVIDIA one. Probably works for AMD too. You need to set it to 1440x1080 and then you can choose it in Valorant😊

With this setup I can easily hit Ascendant, as I'm gold in a 60hz monitor

Thank you for the advice but I actually use headphones, i.e. IEMs, you can see the cable below the left monitor😅 Does the audio sound bad or anything? I record with the GoPro but I record game audio through OBS so I can overlay it in post-production😊

On average maybe but not so stable when recording gameplay with OBS in the background, drops sometimes. Overall very good tho😊
