TIDRADIO H3 Transmit Problem

This video demonstrates the H3 radio receiving but not transmitting. The second H3 radio works.

I had an H3 that was faulty wrt CTCSS tones. I contacted support, got a replacement from Tidradio and it works fine.

Are both radios in the unlocked mode?

the first H3 looked like it had no CT tone set the other H3 looked like it had a CT Tone Set?

I see CT on both screens
