Hello Engineer, A diploma graduate can do alot of work but majorly these three 1. Estimation of building materials (Steel, Sand, Cement Aggregates, masonry, paint etc Everything) 2. Do Levelling using dumpy level, total station and other tools on site but mostly those 2 3. Setting out structural members as the project progresses e.g Foundation, setting out Columns on every floor, Staircases, beams etc The rest is simple but once you master those 3, you are good (1. Estimation 2. Levelling and 3. Setting Out)
