Imo Beenoxs take on the suit is the best. The color is off, but the shade of blue they use fits the aesthetic shattered dimensions was going for. If it was black it would look weird. But my fav part is the "glowy effect" his suit had, where rings would implode around the material. That is because beenox ANIMATED THE UNSTABLE MOLECULES. In comics, his suit is made of unstable molecules injected into the fabric to make if impossible to rip or tear. Beenox took the time to animate what that would look like, when in no other versions we see this type of effect. Its an absolutely genius addition and makes up for the lack of web cape and incorrect color
A lot of miguel fans want the black suit back but i personally love dark blue for it with the black shadows, and the glowing pulse effect of that suit in shattered dimensions is actually the coolest thing

This suit turned out really amazing I love the fabric you used and the built in shoes at the bottom really make it look somewhat tactical and the red on the legs actually improved the suit quite nicely
This suit is freakin SICK and I did notice how well the lenses were blended into the mask, this just looks really great man. I do agree the larger cape would really add to it, I’m not entirely sure how long the cape is canonically but I’m sure you’d find a good length for it
I think it's base color should be a really dark navy blue. It's a color that when lit up with the neon lights of 2099 will look blue and in shadow, look black
I love this suit and would be SO HAPPY if it got a bigger cape. 2099’s cape, to me, always seemed a bit too small to be a cape. Which is why I was glad when they didn’t add it in shattered dimensions and the PS4 game. They also fixed this problem in across the spiderverse, which I’m pretty happy about because across the spiderverse is probably my favorite suit for 2099.
This design is an absolute banger! 9/10, I love everything you did to approach it. The only other thing I would have done to improve these as alternatives was to give it red soles and replace the mesh on the mask with a full fabric mask and to needle little holes in the area where the eyes are. Also, the arms and legs are kind of inconsistent. The arm trail connects with the logo, and leg stripes don't, and stop at the lower calf, unlike the other. Where it goes all the way to the hand. I like both, though I think one of them could have been committed to fully. Though, if the full trail design was segmented from the logo, it would have been better than being connected. It worsens its skull effect. The top legs could have also used some work. They don’t look at all like skull or spider legs due to their lack of vertical segmentation. That's all.
Does anyone prefer the pearlescent (reflective) blue, or the all blue on the suit. I'm pretty mixed on it, and I'm unsure which one looks best on Miguel's suit I really enjoy the moving nanotech lights that lit up and moved across the "Edge of Time" version of it.

I'd recommend you make some lost designs from your webtoon. (The ones you made in real life, by the way, if you still have them.) They were quite interesting, especially your Spider-Sona and how it evolved into your Spider-Man outfit. I'd also recommend you go over some of your older classic suits and outfits and maybe the Atlanta Spider-Man suit, too. If I were you, I'd mainly go over original suits, fits, or just redesigns in general. They tend to be more interesting. To me, at least, maybe you can alternate between the two, I don’t know. Also, I'd recommend you continue that Batman suit. It has great potential. Stay safe on roofs and keep up the great content and suits Kai! :D

Miguel O'Hara has the same conundrum as William Afton. They were supposed to be darker (William was in a dark pizzeria) and were made a different color to stand out bc plain black from an art perspective is an awful idea, but instead those just became their canon colors, so Miguel's suit became canonically blue, and William became canonically purple.
I think that if spider man 2099’s suit was black, it would look more like an alternative miles morales because of the black and red design when red and blue are peters colors.
Cool vid and cool suit. I do have a few qualms with it tho as a massive 2099 fan and some suggestions to improve on some aspects of the suit. First, I like the design of the logo itself, but it just doesn't seem to have translated that well when you actually made it in the fabric. I think this might be due to the fact that you made the "eyes" of the spider so big which didn't leave for a lot of wiggle room with the fabric, therefore making it look a little sloppy with the sewing. I also have this same issue with the legs of the spider that lead into the stripes on the arms. Second, the web cape is super cool and I love the material you used for it that gives it the holographic look you mentioned. Like you, I also noticed that the cape moved around way too much in the edit you made so I have a solution. Since you said you wanted to make the cape bigger, what you could do to it is pin the corners of the cape to the elbows of the suit, this way the cape will flow around in the wind but not enough to where it just goes flying off in a weird direction. Third, I also agree with you that the biggest point of criticism for the suit is probably the shoes. The shoes simply don't look like something futuristic that would be a part of this day of the dead costume and the shade of blue is completely different to the shiny blue and liverpool blue on the rest of the suit. I personally think it would look better with a different set of shoes, but if you are intent on using this specific pair then I think you should probably cover up all of the original fabric on the shoes with one of the two you already used for the base suit. Fourth, I'm not the biggest fan of how you introduced the red stripes along the legs of the suit. I'm not opposed to the idea, but I think it could have been handled better. When it comes to Spider-Man suits, I think the best way to modify a top heavy suit to have aspects on the bottom is either a) have the secondary color of the suit be on the soles or b) have an element of the top of the costume come down to the bottom. I think the best examples of this are how Miles' ITSV suit has the red soles and the TASM suit has the red stripes that go down his legs but they connect from the top onto his belt. My point being that the red stripes you added on the legs have no rhyme or reason for being there. They should connect to the suit in an organic way, but they just look slapped on. Lastly, I don't really like how you handled the red spiked on the arms of the suit. They look too short and are way too far up on the wrist. I think it would look better if you had them further up on the forearm of the suit and a bit longer. And with it being longer you should cover the bottom of the spikes in the same red fabric as the top.
Alright go make your version then. Until then maybe just say cool or awesome suit instead of being so picky and backhanded with the way ya try to compliment but then leave a massive frickin essay sized comment on how ya would change it since ya don't like it. For the most part it's an objectively fantastic suit that took a super fack ton of work to make. So unless ya can actually execute all the things ya said maybe stop with the subjective annoying I don't like this shit mate and just leave a real compliment instead of this dumb backhanded shit you call a compliment
You should definitely try your hand at flip side basically 2099 version of carnage i know hes a andriod that thinks spiderman and venom fuse together but even so his suit is awesome
I honestly feel that you really didn't get a lot of the 2099 suit A big example of this is the spider and the new additions on the legs The spider in the original is not really circle but rather a oval and the lower legs work as to show where the head of the spider is while also giving this skull design, but you just did a the Deadpool logo with legs. And the new additions are bad I'm sorry i like the idea but you missed the mark by not noticing one detail, everything red part is connected with the exception of the eyes i think a good way to improve this is by using the empty space of the back so you can add the stuff to the legs. And also this is really minor but i feel that you're not really proud of this suit specially because of how you never show the suit in a complete frame since you're always moving the camera
