Reality Of Refurbished Tyres

Local market Refurbished Tyres made after the 90% out wear of tyre when tyre is almost in scrap condition and we buyed these cheap Refurbished Tyres without having thought about our safety which matter's most.

Just to clarify. Tyres that can can be regrooved DO exist (e.g. some type of truck tyres) but they are marked as such by the manufacturer.
