In this video I'll be sharing Gosht Ka Achar Recipe by Norien Nasri
Ingredients :-
Mutton half kg
Garlic 10-12
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Water half cup
Oil 100ml
Kalonji 1 pinch
Curry leaves 4-5
Cumin ¼ teaspoon
Red dry chili 4-5
Turmeric 2 pinch
Lemon Juice 5
Dry coriander and dry cumin powder ¼ teaspoon
Red chili powder half teaspoon
