- I tested Acheron in MoC 12 using a lot of different teams and lightcones. My main takeaways:
1. Preservation w/ Trend of the Universal Market is VERY strong (S1 is fine).
2. Acheron's LC is strong. However, if you have FX/Gepard with Trend, it becomes less necessary.
3. Sparkle is stronger than I imagined. She is definitely a viable choice, especially if you have Acheron LC/Sparkle Eidolons.

Additional notes:
1. Pela really wants Resolution w/ enough EHR
S1 = 178
S2 = 138
S3 = 109
S4 = 85
S5 = 67
2. Pela can also use Incessant Rain if you have it.
3. Acheron can use Incessant Rain, but the damage goes down quite a lot against multiple targets, since Aether Code is single target, lasts one turn, and applies AFTER the attack that inflicts it. With Incessant Rain, you'll want to use skill first and then ultimate. Acheron might also need some EHR to inflict Aether Code (67 vs Bosses, 43 vs Elites).
4. Bronya is pretty strong w/ E2 Acheron if you speed tune Acheron to be faster than Bronya, since Acheron | Bronya | Acheron = 6 stacks. Main downside is skill points :(
I have 164 spd Bronya so I use base atk on first turn.
Pela has multi hits and from what I know this LC procs per hit. So you can get away with less ehr

@@smexxxxy That's a good point! You probably need ~30-40% less EHR for the basic attack to proc resolution.
1st video I've seen with actual video footage comparison when the CC is claiming something is > than the other, this is actually such a great guide and all the numbers checks out with what the CN theorycrafters are saying also all the info is very digestible for the casual player. Ur insane and this video is so well made it's crazy underrated.
Thanks for your hard work and super clear damage comparisons and diagrams..! I can see a lot of references coming back to this video (haha), I don't think any other videos really lay out all of these comparisons so clearly, especially while being so comprehensive between support pairs and comparisons, and target numbers, etc., mentioning different teams and sustain options and their pros and cons

pulled acheron at 65 pity, lc in 10, and e2 (but i have no supports, rip) in 24 more pulls im forever an acheron belieiver. Love the stats and info btw!

As a Kafka main who loves using her, Black Swan and Ruan Mei, running them with Acheron is IMO viable in short battles like Pure Fiction.
Skill points are an issue if you want everyone to deal DPS, but if the main focus is to get Acheron's Ultimate up ASAP, then you can get by with Kafka (w/ LC) and Black Swan doing basic ATK from time to time since they can still apply debuffs that way.
It's not something you run for serious fights but it's a lot of fun to run a full mommy team. And having fun is all that matters to me at the end of the day.
I usually run Fu Xuan with Acheron for the crit rate since my crit rate on her is still too low, but since I'll be focusing on getting Jingliu in the next half of 2.1, meaning no Aventurine barring a miracle, I think I'll try to rebuild Gepard into a dedicated sustain for Acheron.

How about sparkle + silverwolf? Is it way weaker than using pela + sw or sp?
For those that run pela+SW u can just spam skill on pela and basic on SW if u have SW event LC on SW. Only use skill on SW when necessary. Since SW basic spam or skill+basic will still ended up on 3 turn ulti while pela skill spam will ended up on 2 turn ulti meanwhile if u use pela basic u can ended up on 2 turn ulti or 3 turn depending on wether how many enemies on the field or how many times ur pela got hit. The problem with basic pela even with sweaty LC u have to have S5 for higher consistency and if the enemies doesn't have the debuff on them yet and u can ended up on 3 turn ulti as well. The only times u r forced to basic on pela is when u run welt on ur team. Other than that u can spam pela skill which has 100% consistency and 100% 2 turn ulti .

a-anyway, 1 question i might have: I looove Welt, and i was aching to use him for acheron, but i don't really know how to build to him to function really well as a sustain Unit, since i only have him on E0, does anyone have some advice for me? :o
So basically I'm just gonna use Acheron, Pela, Silverwolf and Gepard. I only need to know how to get Acheron to do more actions so she can do her skill more often.

If you're running S1 Trend on Fu Xuan or other sustain that doesn't normally build EHR, is it worth it to sacrifice tanky stats/pieces to build EHR for guaranteed burn stacks, or just use normal build and if you get it, you get it?
I think it's definitely worth it to sacrifice tanky stats to build extra EHR to guarantee the burn, since usually you don't need your Fu to actually be that tanky outside of Simulated Universe

Have you tested how an E0S0 Acheron compared to a E0S0 Jingliu? For the test you might be able to test with the same team comp to keep things simple (Pela & Sparkle). My main dilemma is considering I don't want to aim for the Signature LC, getting Jingliu may a better choice.
small update, I think I like playing Acheron more than Jingliu. Whether or not Jingliu might be better FPS is moot now.

Did a multi for the lol and got her lightcone somehow with no pity. Since I have a good silver wolf and a good pela too I feel like I have no choice but to pull for her now. I hope that I will still have enough for my crush Firefly whenever she comes out :/
How hard is it to get gnsw? I have 1 copy only and plan to try couple multi, never got gnsw and got the lc instead at 72 pulls. I’ll take it but i want gnsw too.
The 4 stars are really weird. You are guaranteed to get some of them at some point,but they share the rate-up,so you have 50/3% of chance of getting the one you want when you go for a multi. I'd only roll for 4 stars if everything on the banner is good
The rng can really be all over the place for the 4*s, sometimes you get 2-3 in a 10-pull, other times you can go 60+ pulls without a single copy of the 4* you're looking for
Since I've been only playing for like 2+week I don't have any much too work with so my current team right now is E0S1 Acheron, Sparkles, E2 Natasha and E4 pela.. I only got 1 copy of Gallagher, if I had gotten more copies of him I would have replaced Natasha with him but to bad that's not happening anytime soon. 😅

@@rayyannbro899 yes I could but that'll still won't make him cleanse, Natasha cleanses.. It take E2 for him to cleanse. Since I'm new I can't waste me resources... I just reach Trailblazer lv 50 today.
I think you can still build Gallagher and bring him in for when you don't need the cleanse, and swap with Natasha if you do happen to need it.

Welt helps acheron do almost double the damage, he's her best sustain teamate- check it out

If you only have Pela (no SW/BS) and don't want to build GUI, welt works but he's a bit more SP intensive, and slightly anti-synergistic with Preservation Trend units, since he slows and delays the enemy so they have less chances of proccing extra stacks via hitting your Preservation units with Trend.
One question tho, why is sweetily so cute when she's alive?

It is decent. Archeron dells so much damage that it doesn't really matter.

Yes. By using multiplication, you can put more debuffs per atk.

I've been running Trend of the Universal Market since 1.0 on Gepard because of the "Personality" of the artwork. Now it shall serve another purpose almost as important as the original purpose.
Also, something I've been curious about, when using her Ult the HUD removes all other characters and only displays Acheron, I wonder how that affects buffs worded like "when 'X' is on the field, allies gain/do 'Y' buffs/more dmg". Something like Asta or Yukong A4 trace (I could have sworn there were more buffs like that but I can only remember those two). Since it's only her image on the HUD do those buffs not apply?
I'm guessing there is no way to test it yet since those types of buff don't show up in stats page.
Its probably just a visual thing won’t affect the numbers
All the buffs that apply normally still apply, her being alone is just the 'time stop' aspect of her ult, and to prevent you from using other allies ultimates in between

I somehow got e6 Gallagher, should I use him?
If you have Acheron he's like her best 4* option when it comes to sustains (above him there is any 5* preservation unit with trend lc, preservation TB is decent but they're really skill point hungry to play efficiently), otherwise, he's a decent healer, another option to have, he a small synergy in a mono fire team because of how break effect he has,but that's about it.
But wait would she be good with the nihility light cone from Herta's shop or just give that to Kafka?
Solitary Healing (Herta shop) does not work well with her, definitely just give it to Kafka.

Ever since I lost 50/50 to Gepard, he's been rocking a Trend of Universal Market. And now, I am skipping Acheron since I have no funds for her :(. Not sure if I should gamble for her, it looks like I could still create some usable team for her: E0S0 SilverWolf (S5 Tutorial), E6 Pela (with Resolution Shines S5), Gepard E1 (with Trend of Universal Market), but I just have no guarantee. And what makes me sad is that I have no Lightning DPS built (not even my E6 Serval).

I think these 2 are pretty close, but since it's generally easier to get higher superimpositions of 4* LCs, maybe you go with GNSW S2

Is e5 pela worth using without pearls and no acheron sig? If not, who’s a good replacement?
Pela e5 is worth using but Pearl is a requirement for nihility that can't inflict debuff on basic attack. It's just so you won't run out of SP. Guinaifen can inflict debuff even on basic. If you use Fermata LC on Acheron, Sampo can also work but Good Night Sleep Well is still better for Acheron LC.

@@reqonizee Unfortunately all of her alternatives LC to support Acheron are all 5 stars. If you happen to have it, SWolf LC and Kafka LC can be used by Pela.
If by any chance you see pearl LC featured and you don't like the 5* LC, take a look at your wish pity and if it's below 50, give some tickets till 50ish.

Yes!
It's a situational but it does work.
If most opponent is single target focus, Fire MC is better with taunt as Fu Xuan might not get hit at all.
If most opponent deal AoE, Fu Xuan will get hit regardless and Fire MC struggle to keep everyone safe,

Yeah I think a lot of people miss this, and it's one of the reasons I find Incessant Rain to be a bit worse in practice.

Welt works but he's a bit more SP intensive, and slightly anti-synergistic with Preservation Trend units, since he slows and delays the enemy so they have less chances of proccing extra stacks via hitting your Preservation units with Trend. If the enemy is imaginary weak you could try taking him in instead of the 'sustain unit' and run something like Acheron / Welt / Sparkle / Pela but this team vs Sam will likely not be enough dmg unless your Acheron is really strong.

That is the same team I am using and it is dope. But I will be sniping her E2 so I can get the 70% bonus damage since I only have one Nihility in order to maximize Acheron’s crit rate and damage (Sparkle).

got Acheron in 50 pulls. LC in 50 as well. Feels good mang. Next up is jingliu. I'm down bad for her. I played with her a lot during the fight club challenge fights with bronya and sparkle. Crazy fun compared to the other characters.

Ugh, I'm jelly. Took me 200 tix to get one copy of her and one copy of her lightcone. Lost 50/50 to Gepard. I'm just glad I actually use Gepard, and I had enough saved up to still get her lightcone.
I got her and lc in 20 pulls
I got her first copy at normal pity. Then pulled a second copy of her on the first 10 pull after. Won the 50/50 for her lightcone. Now I’m just trying to justify going for e2 but honestly I’m not sure.

How did you run out of skill points?
The team runs out of skill points because Acheron wants to use her skill every turn for the extra stack, Kafka wants to use her skill (otherwise she's not applying any debuffs on her turn). BS ideally uses her skill every 3 turns so she can apply DEF down and if Ruan Mei is your last slot she also wants to use her skill once every 3 turns. It can work if you kill the enemy quickly enough, but if not you'll have to replace Ruan Mei with a sustain and then there's no one to buff Acheron/Kafka/BS's dmg 🥲
I have Acheron at E1 and it is unfair that her 18% crit rate (from E1) is not visible in the Buff section nor in her stats. Feels like a scam if it is not listed. We need some sort of proof.
yeah unfortunately it's not listed because the proc condition depends on the enemy, she will get 18% crit rate only when attacking debuffed enemies (which is pretty much 100% of the time, but sometimes not)
I just got E2S1 Acheron in under 170 pulls. That was pretty lucky. She also almost one shot Sam lol.

Your not all in, She will remember that. Also realistically hoyo could always make a massive debuffer not apply "debuffs" like hanya. Think of acheron as exodia from yugioh, future roster creation will always call her to mind
