@@SamH94 man, decade is 10 years of certain century, century started 2001 meaning that first decade of this century started in 2001. If you do calculations right you would realize that 2020 is last year of second decade of 21st century. Decade isn't the same as 20s etc. If you would say that 20s started you would be right but saying that 2020 is beginning of new decade is wrong

Back in the late 00's (way before the Rob Scallon, Jared Dines or Stevie T) he was such an inspiration for me. He Made me want to take a guitar a play and also thanks to him i know so much Killer music. Is great that he's back.

@@escapedcops08 i mean i wanted to play because i grew up listening to maiden,metallica,death, bands that started metal. But this guy made it look fucking cool.
I actually stumbled upon his original tracks initially, and was in awe. I was just starting to actually listen to heavier styles of music at the time, and I went through his catalogue of covers and I was familiar with the metalcore songs he was covering and very quickly got inspired to learn some of the same songs, and he had/has the tabs available for free on his website. I even uploaded a couple of them on my channel back then. I wasn't that great, but I was proud of my progress.
KillrBuckeye didn't inspire me to start playing guitar 10 years ago. But he helped shape me, and gave me someone to look up to that felt more like a peer than an untouchable rockstar. I have him to thank for so much in my musical journey. It was around the time that he left us for a while that I stopped uploading, but it was mostly because I lost interest in trying to compete for views while trying to please an entire audience of elitists that were swamping my comment sections at the time while trying to work with minimal gear/equipment and knowledge of production/recording. And so I pretty much went MIA myself from YT and worked on my own projects, bands, and skills. I learned how to produce, write, compose, arrange. I've gotten immensely better than anything I have uploaded on here, and I got some actual experience playing professionally. I still never had an interest in coming back to try this again. But seeing KillrBuckeye back on the tube is giving me that spark of motivation again.

When we thoughts I lay dying was the biggest comeback in metalcore history.
He took a break for a while after having a kid. I still remember stumbling upon his parkway drive covers as a teenager!

Chances are he has a pre recorded track he said of his guitar i don't see him hitting foot pedals to add reverb on the cleans or even going from the cleans to distortion but that doesn't take away how amazing he is!!!

Glad you're back-ish. I know you put out some stuff a couple of months ago, but then nothing again. Love the original stuff as well. Any plans to start posting more of that? Also, any plans to make this more than a hobby? After a 10 year break, then a couple of videos, then another couple month break you still have more subs than a lot of people who put stuff out daily. It seems like you could make a living off your music if you want to.
