Oh they cut the interview! I was there, right by where they played, we were so lucky to be between QOTSA & Peace. The interview was longer - Josh told a really funny story about Elton John phoning him at home on a Sunday lunchtime & he also bantered with Peace too. Great guy so friendly afterwards with the audience.
creepy? how so exactly? you must be a youngster looking for something cool to say. You too will be an older person one day. Whether you will be as accomplished & supportive of music the way that Jools has been for years, remains to be seen.
As yipyipR said, the BBC arn't too happy with me and have already forced me to take down "My God Is The Sun" so if you want to use it, go ahead, it should stay up as they backed off once MGITS was removed.
So gets the albums title wrong, gets Josh's name wrong and only seems to be interested in AM gossip. Oh but he likes the record, good, glad you did your research jools
Sadly, the interviews let this institution of a show, down. Its not the artists fault, its Jools and his weird little creepy mannerisms, haha. The show is, for me anyway, still worth the price of the tv licence alone.
Deep Purple, sitting casually in the back...
He can't add, but he's a gentleman for sure. Props to Jools for having such quality talent on his show.
"Well I'm kind of addictive." TRUE.
"Joshua Who-may! Ho-may"
Jools Holland is the first person I heard calling Josh Homme by "Joshua". And it's probably only Jools and Josh's mom who does it.
He prefers it, actually.
+Gustavo Weber Think I've seen a video where Alex Turner introduces Josh as "Joshua Homme" too. Probably out of jest, I won't know.
Hugh Jazz yeah, I discovered later that Josh actually prefers to be called "Joshua". Didnt know at the time.
Gustavo Weber m
My brother is a Josh and not even my parents call him that, my mum does when she's pissed though lmao.

wheres the full?
What a freakin' cool guy! So fun and so nice.
DAMN that clip with Joey Castillo and Nick O. was sick!!!
I can't be the only person who thinks Jools Holland is a fantastic TV presenter. He's really good at what he does :L
there's something about josh homme, and I like it a lot
I want that vinyl in my hands NOW
Did you get it?
-You always have the best drummers..
THAT'S TRUE!!
He totally called him Joshua Homie at the end.... X'D
I love how Jools introduces him as Joshua & not simply as Josh. Gent
Charismatic guy. Clockwork is great too.
God his voice has gotten so much better
Josh Homme is just THE guy.
It's one of those interviews from the future.
Jools Holland is a legend.
Josh Homme is so articulate.
Josh was actually on the show way back in 1996 with the Screaming Trees
hes like WTF?
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Well Josh certainly does add to their albums. And Turner added to his, so yeah.
I don't know if you guys noticed, but Ian Gillan and Ian Paice of Deep Purple are sitting in the right next to Homme in the background
he ages well
Aw but bless him :).
he is indeed addictive! Hmmmmmm
That the band Deep Purple in the back. Ian Paice does sort of look like Elton John haha and I believe that's Ian Gillan sitting next to him
Shaking my head at Jools Holland.
Joshua Humous!!
OK, I feel such a dumb-ass now! I saw Deep Purple even live last year... Hahaha. But thanks! :P
I can't believe the arguments of how longs it's been if it was 2003 and we're in 2013 now that makes 10 years! xD haha
Songs for the Deaf was out in 02. That makes it 13 years, not 15...
Why Ian Gillan and Ian Paice are sitting in the back?
dude ian paice and ian Gillian are front row center, right near josh. That's crazy
"corruption is a hobby of mine,"
"by all means ...,"
Hes right about Era, it came out in 2007
What’s up with the camera work during live performances
I noticed Paice right away - him and Gillan seemed to be looking on like proud patriarchs
pretty sure that performance was in 2002 not 2003 Jools
Ian Paice from Deep Purple
Hey Ash735-- can I have permission to link/embed this clip on an upcoming blog post I'm writing?
holland gets creepier by the hour
creepy? how so exactly?
you must be a youngster looking for something cool to say.
You too will be an older person one day.

@@DeLanges100 he's a nonce you freak
I took some time, actually. I looked at Paice and kept thinking "is that Homme's mother?". no offense, though.
What a fucking Boss
Could someone tell me who's the guy sitting right next to Elton John (or is it a look-alike?) behind the table? He looks so familiar to me...
close enough
that makes it 11 years, not 13...
and it was hilarious
Need explanation?
He looks so Dutch man...
That was an interview? Did I miss something? Lol.
hey ash735 you have a video i sat by the ocean, played in the same program?
I looking for it.
Hey, I did, along with "My God Is The Sun" but those videos were Content Blocked worldwide :(
vimeo.com/107302631
What is Steven Tyler doing in the audience?
are we in 2018?
2003 - 15 years ago? It's 2013
Whoa some people are acting like jools liked someone
sure looks like him
WHAT IS ON THE OTHER SIDE.
15 yrs?? what?
Josh is fucking funny
6 years.. 15 years...the fuck
Psssh you people. England is 5 years ahead of us didn't you know that???
haha not a problem
i think i've seen 3 or 4 different tv performances with Josh wearing that shitty blue sweatshirt. simpler times
I’m kind of addick tive wait...
As yipyipR said, the BBC arn't too happy with me and have already forced me to take down "My God Is The Sun" so if you want to use it, go ahead, it should stay up as they backed off once MGITS was removed.
jools is as terrible at maths as i am!
Ian Gillan and Ian Paice in the crowd, ok.
I was being sarcastic...
josh really needs to grow his hair back!!
Luckily Jools is short enough that he did not need to duck when Josh Homme's jokes went flying straight over his head.
josh needs to marry me stat
michael marsdens really let himself go
Homie
Joshua hummus
is that ian fucking paice sitting behind josh?
He was joking
ummmmmm, you sure about that?
Jools made mistake after mistake...
Homme looks like a giant compared to Holland
Ian Paice- the best left handed drummer in the business. Me, Phil Collins, and the guy from Muse all have to suck it up. :(
So gets the albums title wrong, gets Josh's name wrong and only seems to be interested in AM gossip. Oh but he likes the record, good, glad you did your research jools
no one knows
I actually thought it was an old woman. serious. untill I got it straight, of course.
Hehe
haha
I've got a great idea for a show, 'Later Without Jools Holland'.
Gets Josh's name wrong, gets the title of the album wrong, gets the current year year wrong #fail
Showbiz? Lol he lives in the fucking desert
erm......
Sadly, the interviews let this institution of a show, down. Its not the artists fault, its Jools and his weird little creepy mannerisms, haha. The show is, for me anyway, still worth the price of the tv licence alone.
Jools! Your normally cool but this is cirngey
Jules you can't count dude
What an absolutely waste of an interview. Guy shouldn't be allowed to interview.
