Question: Are you allowed to build a fence around your property both at the front and the back because it seems even those from last year are not yet fenced?
I would think so, the only rule I heard when viewing was not to build to the front of the building.

Is it true that this area is prone to flooding? And can you build a wall as the fence around it? For the detached lot and i cant stand how they build all of these houses flat to the ground.nso stupid. It should be elevated
Hi NarrowPath, I am not sure if the area floods. I have seen current occupants adding there own fencing so it seems to allowed.
Do you know what documents you will need when applying ?
Hi. You won’t need to upload any documents. Just have your ID #, TRN, NIS, Income Amount to complete the application. Documents are required IDT the interview process after selection.
Anyone know of anybody that’s living in their house at phase 1, a lot of people in the area talking about the safety being so close to march pen
The location is still in development. There are no occupants yet.

The concerns I have heard has to do with space. Haven’t heard that safety concern yet.
@@NaturallyToldbyMara I think the space is good the house space no but the land space yes and having the house already stated is added bonus, but folks in the area have concerns about the safety and the fact that it’s not gated being so close to that community
Yea I can understand why because with neighboring communities like Phoenix Park being gated it leaves Catherine more exposed. But for me the first thing to be done when one a these properties are received is to fence it.

Hi Sabrina. I am not sure of the safety of the area. Homeowners will just have to do what they have to do to keep them themselves safe as in any community

I rather build fr scartch than buy that fr so much money
Technically the cost is just a $1M more than the loan NHT would give you to build on your own land or buy on the open market which is $6.5M.
