Hey. You could have used a semicolon there. Semicolons connect two equally important thoughts. Instead of "Excellent explanation! Outstanding," you could say "Excellent explanation; outstanding!" 😃👍 (Btw, I'm a science major that's turning into an English enthusiast. 😭No!)
