- In today's vlog we have the final day of the D23 Expo, we attend the Parks Panel and we get so many announcements about all of the Disney Parks worldwide, it was so exciting to be in the room and hear the announcements first hand. We hope the excitement came through in this video. Then afterwards we head into the Disneyland park for some afternoon fun! This was a great day and a great way to end the expo! I love Zootopia. It's one of my sister's and my favorite movies. Seeing the animatronic in the panel made my jaw drop. I'd love them to bring it to Disney World. Especially in AK! 🥺
I agree! I hope it's Zootopia and not Moana in AK. Not that I don't like Moana, but EPCOT is already getting that Moana-themed area. It would be silly to have two of the same or similar thing. Zootopia would be very appropriate for AK! ❤️🐾

Thank goodness Happily Ever After is returning. It was magical and beautiful. The enchantment fireworks and main song is horrible. Every time we hear it, we shake our heads in disbelief that someone thought it was a good idea.

Tim! One of the guys dressed as Powerline was the actor who played Zero in the Holes movie with Shia Lebouf!

42:07 you can see my husband looking over at tim. i was freaking out that i saw you behind us in line and wanted so badly to say hi! that was my daughter’s (15 months) first day ever at disneyland and i’ll never forget it! i instantly regretted not saying hi when i realized i saw a tracker outside of their home park. huge slap in the face.
I wonder what Jackson thinks of the world so far. I mean: Mom and dad drive to Disneyworld. Or they fly to Disneyland. Or they go on a Disney cruise 🙂
He’s definitely Lucky and Hopefully grateful his Childhood is one of the Best. He’s going to be a great man. I wish I had what he has. I’m happy for him it’s very Fortunate
I’m sure he doesn’t know how great he has it yet. He is very fortunate to spend so much time with his parents as well as all the travel they do. It’s just the life he knows.
I love watching Jackson grow up! I mean, his parents have literally the coolest job a kid could imagine, and they also get to spend so much family time together! I'm sure they're things they are juggling behind the scenes that's not always easy, they are great parents who are a lot of fun, and they care about Jackson's needs so lovingly. They're going to put a really loved kid out into the world one day, and that is such a wonderful thing!
I think Tim has some other type of job besides CZcams. He seems extremely knowledgeable when it comes to video and audio equipment. He also seems like he's got some type of stage lighting and equipment knowledgeable. I really think he works or has worked in some type of production.

It's fun watching Tim being Tim at Disneyland. It may not be his home park but he's not so much a tourist anymore. 😃
Tim noticing 2 Powerlines from the Goofy Movie but completely skipping over the fact that WAS Khleo Thomas himself. Zero didn't dig all those HOLES for nothing. 🤣
Seeing the expansion in the parks outside the USA like the frozen land Peter Pan land the tangled ride I can’t help but we so disappointed at the little expansion much needed in magic kingdom here in walt disney world

Waiting for the day we can a Kali river rapids retheme to junglebook. It would fit the land perfectly and it would make a very unpopular ride more popular and it wouldn’t be so expensive to do

I would love if they re-designed the Mexico Pavilion ride in Epcot to be Coco! That would be so cool. I was kinda hoping they would announce that. And Zootopia would be phenomenal in Animal Kingdom. So many fun things were announced.
Not that I’ll be able to visit anytime soon but I’m thrilled about the sanfransokyo area. Big hero 6 is my favourite Disney movie and I feel it’s so underrated.

OMG, the whole time I was at the D23 Expo, I was hoping I'd get to run into you because you are one of my favorite Disney vloggers. Well, I just watched this video, and you were there when we were doing the princess cosplay photo! You were right in front of me, and I didn't even see you. You can literally see me in the video! 😆 I'm on the left side standing on the steps dressed as Coronation Day Anna behind a Rapunzel with a pushcart that has the lanterns hanging on it. (Pause right at 30:42 and you can see me behind one of the lanterns next to a Princess Kida)
I am excited for the new Splash Mountain re-theme. At first I was worried but it looks amazing!

Disney Magic is come to Australia Tim sailing loop Sydney-Melbourne-Auckland-Brisbane-Sydney Oct-Feb running our summer Downunder thinking on doing the short trip out Brisbane whats 2 nights.
You had the right idea going to the side to get in the Parks panel. We went to the B section. Even though we (again) got there as soon as they let people in, we weren't seated until 20 minutes after the presentaion began. There were a whole lot of mad people watching the presentation on their phones. I wasn't sure that there would not be a riot in the B section line!😧

Hey Tim, just want to say why people may be against Zootopia in AK. Joe Rhode, who was the main person behind AK, never wanted Zootopia as it dealt with human issues, not animal issues. Joe retired not long ago. I thought it was hilarious that the presenter's was said they have always thought it was a great fit for animal kingdom. I personally don't mind the dinoland carnival section being replaced but, finding Nemo the musical and dinosaur both should stay. Also Moana is a very odd choice for AK. I am hoping for some attractions that are not IP based in the future, but that does not look promising.

The Zootopia announcement would mean the permanent closure of Dinosaur, which may be why the guy booed.
The guy booed because Zootopia does not fit into the vision and cohesion of Animal Kingdom
Joe Rhode, the imagineer who designed Animal Kingdom, even said in a tweet it wouldn’t fit at all.
Why wouldn’t Zootopia fit? It seems it would fit perfectly in Animal Kingdom.

I've said it before, and I'll say it a kabillion times over - they need to FIX Journey into Imagination, and restore it to its former glory, which included have MUCH more Figment, and the WHOLE wonderful, inspiring song - then - fine,- have a meet and greet like they had before - out int he garden, with Figment AND Dream Finder!!!! This announcement just ain't cuttin' it for us Figgie lovers, it's "cheaping out" to the MAX!!!!! :( :(

@@kayti1376 - At this point Happily Ever After fireworks show will just be coming back to Magic Kingdom at Disney World (Florida). Sometime in 2023 and they said the show will be changed some compared to what it was previously but the Happily Ever After song will be part of it.

I think the individual booing Zootopia could possibly be an Animal Kingdom "purist" if you will. The original design and theme of DAK was supposed to remain as authentic to nature and culture as much as possible - no IP's. Avatar was only an exception due to its hard hitting nature regarding indigenous people's connection to nature and the intrusions of modern technologies and outside societies. It had an important message that really meant a lot to many imagineers and story tellers. Zootopia.... not so much. That could be a concept for HS, for example. Personally, I'd prefer to keep Zootopia out of DAK. Just because the animated characters are animals, doesn't necessarily mean it's appropriate for the DAK concept.

Even though I probably will not be going next year in spring, Could probably be going hopefully at the end of Oct 2023. So hopefully all the bugs will have been worked out of the Tron Light Cycle. When it opens up sometime in Spring of 2023.

Im here all day everyday for more Moana, Coco and Encanto in the parks! It would also be amazing for animal kingdom to live up to its original idea of mythical beasts being key part of the park! We've all seen the old logo with the dragon and it would be amazing for animal kingdom to include this!
I’m semi with that guy that was booing for zootopia in AK. i don’t like the idea of it but I see where it fits in because of animals but I think it’d benefit from being a more “zoo” like experience where you can be immersed in the world but them getting to show off the animals as they’d be in nature almost. Themed rides and such but focus on AK’s core values too.
Zootopia in DAK makes no sense outside of the fact they’re animals. Animal Kingdom is all about animal conservation and problems animals in the wild face while Zootopia is about human problems in a humanized animal society

Yeah, I love Zootopia but it doesn't belong in Animal Kingdom. Joe Rohde has been saying that for a while. They're animals in the film, but they represent people and human society.
