I also love your 📹 filming - no joggy movements or Jerry - very smooth & watchable. Love your clear natural film as well.. well done.

It's a lovely town - looks pretty deserted though - must be Sunday haha.

I just wanted to add a 3rd comment 😂 - I've read a couple of comments left by young people living in lovely Horncastle - & Horncastle does seem to be for older retired folk, so yes life is slower - naturally - as old folk don't want or need to do what the young do.... a little unfair comments on Horncastle as it's a lovely safe place to shop & live...❤

I 100% agree with you comment. Horncastle is unique place in UK

i live here, have done my entire life. this place may look 'quaint' and pretty but i promise as a young person, it is a total dead end. violence, asb, drugs, and alcohol ruin the town. a good way to really show horncastle is when the world cup was on or any sporting event thats nationally respected. then the whole town fights and the police are called.
i know of 4 stabbings and someone being thrown from a window literally featured in this video

Oh come on - that's NOT fair to say about lovely Horncastle - I also lived here for a time & loved Horncastle...it's mostly a town for retirees & yes there has been a stabbing- mugging or 2 over the year's 😢 - but considering hundreds of thousands of people live in Horncastle- it's not bad at all.. a very safe place to walk even after dark...I'd give Horncastle 8 outta 10 too live...

An absolute dump of a town that i too have the misfortune of living in, land of the living dead, nothing really to do, too many antiques shops with junk that no one is going to buy, schools are awful, like to brush things under the carpet, people get agitated over small things and yeah there has been a few stabbings round here, traffic is horrendous and hardly any pavement to walk on, one or two takeaways are an absolute write off since new management took over , so cheap poor quality food from there on in, although i will cut a certain Chinese takeaway shop some slack in which everything is under £10 and certainly good value for money, never knowingly underfed, but apart from that i wouldn't want to spend the rest of my life here given im 21 now and im sure that goes for some other young individuals that live in the area, i want to be destined for bigger things, that's why im having driving lessons and my test booked next month then that way im open to opportunities out of horncastle and potentially leave it in the next two years, cuz i can definitely say nothing appeals to people in my age bracket unless you havent got any aspirations and are happy with what youve got and want to stay put.

Well, that's how it is in some small towns in England. Hardly any prospects. I also had the impression that it was more of a "ghost" town. You're right about the sidewalk :):) Good luck with your exam :):)
