Stumbling on this video unexpectedly, although this is not my field of expertise. I just wanted to say that I once had a very good support from Japan. I was having difficulties with communication between PC GDM8342 digital multi-meter. The PC was running Linux and the support provided me with the proper Linux driver, since the device was not recognized automatically. Very helpful, thanks.

@@gwinstek1975 Thanks for the response. I did see that document, but it seems to be only SCPI commands for interacting with the scope (including the python applications), but it doesn't include anything about writing the python scripts themselves. For what it's worth, I decided to buy a less expensive Siglent oscilloscope, but I am still very interested to see how this product works out. It seems like incredibly good value for a piece of programmable / automatable test equipment. I hope what you're doing sets a new trend for the industry.

That is very cool! The idea of scripting or accessing dynamics via an IP port is awesome. Will look into this scope.. Like the DC Supply feature too.

Thank you for your compliment.
Am I the only one triggered by the fact that protective film is not removed on the model logo/name strip?
Thanks for your feedback.
It always worries me with all in one items, when one part fails you lose the whole kit whilst being repaired.
Thanks for your feedback.
€€€ Scope , for makers is't expensive
