      Hi Georgie! Yes! Her Cut guide is very good, because is a mix of plyo, hypertrophy, hiit and calisthenics exercises with different days. I do another hypertrophy plan right now, but have been incorporate her style of training into my life, because I want enjoy my lifestyle not only bulk and cut switch things. So, I think that her approach is more sustentable in the long term. Her meal plan guide is only an eg. of how the food can be to build a healthy metabolism, is not a specific plan, but is good because you can try for yourself the food if you like and than put it in your own routine or not. What I like about Natacha is that she not restrict herself of anything and I think we need more this in this fitness industry.
      I also love you, Georgie! I think you are so good in your own approach of fitness, so informative, sweet and I enjoy each video that you make, too. So, keep going!!! You are amazing!! Thank you!

    Watched your day in your life video a couple of weeks ago and saw how early you got up to workout/eat healthy on top of working. I had to tell my boyfriend about it because it was so motivational! There's so much time in a day and I realized how much I could be getting done, I've started following your schedule and lost 8 lbs in 6 weeks! Keep the videos coming. You keep us inspired! :)

    The definition in your arms when you were working out thooo!! I used to do affirmations but I fell off.       Georgie Stevenson I would love to see your routine! Your skin looks so healthy! 😘 I’ve struggled with my skin for a long time, I’m currently taking the drug accutane to try and get rid of my acne. I want to get a good skin care routine in place to help once I stop taking the medication ☺️ I enjoy all your videos though so I’m grateful for what ever content you make and post 😘

    I love that you wake up early in the morning and walk to the gym. I have been doing the same thing. How long does it typically take you to get up and get dressed etc before walking out the door? I have to get better at that, I'm so not a morning person! Lol

    Please do Goals and Positive Affirmations I can definitely use them!! Where do you come up with the affirmations from do you already have an idea of what they will be?     hey Georgie just wondering, you said you start eating around lunch time. assuming you do 16/8 IF, that must mean 1200-2000 eating and 8pm-12pm fasting? is that what you do? :) because you start your day so early i wonder if 10am-6pm would suit you too :) as thats what i do lately. let me know your thoughts!

    Is it okay to not eat protein after a workout while doing IF? I work out before work and I am always hung up by not having my protein powder after. Do you have any insights/thoughts? Does no protein after a workout during fasting mess up your muscle growth?

    I absolutely love Natacha Oceane & have been watching her since she started! (she said its prononouced ioh-see-ahn).i was saying it like you did before too! great video; i try to do affirmations & listening to podcasts about positive thinking but i find it really hard as my self esteem & confidence is so low. so its difficult to believe any of those things about myself 😐please do a video of a grocery haul, a workout clothes haul & a partner Q&A with Tim 😊

Girl just keep going - consistency is key and even though you feel like that now you need to train your brain to think the opposite which will only happen if you push through! YOU GOT THIS!!!       Georgie Stevenson thanks for your advice; no matter how bad i felt these last few months, i have not stopped my intense 6 days a week of training (sometimes 7 days a week), healthy vegan eating & focusing on my new job.my social anxiety is hard sometimes as my ex always put me down & made my self eateem so low but i joined a new crossfit gym 7 weeks ago & have met a lot of people. when you do vlogs,it feels like a friend talking to us 😊 your body is killer! you should do a meet up! ♡♡♡♡

      It hasn't for me! Research I read says as long as you get all your food in later it shouldn't matter especially as I am not an 'athlete' and just a gym goer

    I’m obsessed with your choc chip cookie recipe!!!! It’s so bad though because I make like 10 and eat them all within like 4 days 😂😂 I can’t help myself bc they taste like they’re the cookies that are full of bad things but they’re not!

      I don't count, I eat intuitively - before when I counted it was from 1700-2200 depending on my training

    If you don’t eat after your weights session Georgie you’re just doing nothing as you need to refuel your depleted muscle tissue! You need to replenish your glycogen stores post workout immediately! Just a tip xx
