I'd like to point out an interesting detail. Bumblebee's TLK design featured a slighly different facial design. There is one additional piece that sort of looks like a little bracket. It's located right on his mouth. Just infront of the speaker (that round pacifier-looking piece).

I thought that Bumblebee got his voice back when Nemisis Prime stab him because Nemisis Prime was carrying the staff and when he stab Bumblebee the staff activates and fix Bumblebee voice

Bumblebee should be able to talk in ROTB coz due to energon blast by unicorn while he was coming to earth atmosphere, BumbleB was brought back to life due to energon..... And the same thing happened in last knight, due to activation of that relic an energon blast happened and then B got his voice
I think his theory makes the most sense since three is no other real way Bumble Bee got his voice in Transformers: The Last Knight and now for Transformers: Rise of The Beast it would make sense that he would have his voice back. I didn't think of that, good call
The bumblebee movie and rise of the beasts are separate from the bay verse so it might not work the same

Later in the cartoon show transformers prime they show that when bee dies in the cybermatter it helps bumblebee heal and get his voice back
The difference though is that Bumblebee’s voice box was only damaged in Bayverse, whereas in Knightverse (Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts), his voice box was completely ripped out, so it makes sense why Bumblebee’s voicebox wasn’t fixed in ROTB.

Or his voice was already fixed and ages that wanted uses real voice he wanted to use the radio more than he wanted to use his real voice because bumblebees like a child I know and he doesn't know voices of his what he can say in the end Earth show me how to use the radio and he had to speak our language but he didn't want to talk because it was also damaged but at the same time he probably did talk cuz he knew how to what it was ratchet was trying to work on him but he died so Cade Yeager kept on trying to fix his voice box quote when he destroyed it when he took it out he probably didn't know how to talk but he couldn't talk that much because he was using the radio so he had to but when he was about to die he had to use his voice box and maybe the staff did help him get his voice box but we don't know oh as soon as he's about to die his voice came back to regular regular south or whatever you want to call who knows

Originally I thought bee retrieved his voice way back in the first movie when ratchet beamed with the healing ray however bumblebee conn using his radio voice to communicate as it had been 20 years since he had been able to talk and ppl were still able to understand him… however this does make sense! Day 2 of asking how come Bumblebee didn't get his voice back from ROTB but in TFP he got it? They both were touching large amounts of energon but ROTB, he got new parts but not a new voice box.
I think it was because ROTB Bumblebee had his ripped out but primes was only damaged

Did you know that in the transformers 4 when cade says they are melting ratchet optimus is truck and theres no sing that he is transforming he just stardet talking and. When he brakes the lamp bee just started drive but on the left side optimus is a truck again
