Charging in sequence is awesome. I need 1 full battery not 3 at 15%.
Yes, exactly!
That's actually really well thought out
@@darkspd31 that is actually really stupid, I want all 3 charged at the same rate and have 3 ready in 50 minutes not 1. Horrible product.
That would be much better, sure!
@@PhillipSkraba The total charge time for all 3 is the same, it’s just that 1 and 2 are done faster so you can use a full battery in 20 min instead of 50.
Phil. I have that floating thing. It is ok. I live on an island, here in Japan (which is also a big island), and often fly near the ocean and over it. I have used it a few times, but find that it really limits what I can do with the drone, when it is attached. For one, my field of view is limited. When I do Active Track, the floaties are always getting in the frame. I can't shoot pano, because the floaties also get in the way. Also, they have a lot of wind resistance, so you might want to add more time to your return to home setting, or else it might not make it back (in which case you will really need the floating capability). I have landed on the water with it and then taken off. It works fine. BUT, BUT.....if you land and take off, go straight up. Do not (like I did once), try to take off, moving forward. It flipped over. Fortunately, I was near it. Anyway, it is ok. Just know that there are some things you all need to consider.
I dont recommend ever trying to Land in the ocean even with the water landing attachment since any wave could still flit it over and you rather just avoid water when youre battery is running low
"its a really nice bag" proceeds to throw the bag on the floor.
It likes it. That’s how I test it’s everyday use 😂
@@PhillipSkraba 💀
Thank you for this, the water landing kit looks like a life saver
You're welcome! Yes, it could come in handy for people flying over water a lot. I made a video about that, was quite fun.
I have a DJI mini 2 SE and was surprised to find out that most of (not all) your accessories still keep a sub 250g drone legal to fly without registration or RID. The 2 things I did different was The DJI Mini 2 Two-Way Charging Hub at $39.00, only charges (as you stated) batteries in sequence (1 at a time) so the Hanatora Battery USB Charger with Quick Charge 3.0 for DJI Mini's at $13.99 is a cheaper way to go! not to mention it's easier to store in your bag because of its much smaller size. and I went with a "weighted" (orange & black) landing pad, so it doesn't need to be staked. Thank you for the insight into these accessories.
Thank you for the lipo bag recommendation. I had no idea!
You're welcome Steve!
Good video , good guy replying every comment.
I appreciate it man.
I do my best, it's not easy and takes around 1-2 hours a day, I guess as the channel grows it'll be harder and harder.
Respect to this man for responding and giving a heart to practically every comment and question
Thank You! I try to do my best out here 🤜🏻🤛🏻
I just upgraded to the mini 2 after seeing how much better occusync is, the mini 2 bag in the fly more combo is alot better, you can get so much more in it compared to the mini 1 case, you can even fit in a second charger pack, i now have my mini 1 and mini 2 batterys in the bag, in the words of clarkson more power :D
Occysync makes a HUGE difference, I actually want to fly this little drone all the time! I hated flying the Mini 1 due to the signal failure all the time. I didn't enjoy the bag at first, but I've seen the light and I love it now! Lots more power!!
@@PhillipSkraba
I made a mistake of buying the se 😱
Less than 1-week later I bought the mini 2 🤣
Worth highlighting that adding accessories, e.g. prop guards etc will increase weight over 250 grams and therefore require the drone to be operated in line with the more stringent CAA >250 gram regulations
Sure, there's that too. I'm pretty sure most people know that any of these will weight over 1g anyhow, as long as you're careful and considerate you should be fine.
why does everyone get so drone police karen over this 250G bullshit
@@Matanumi 😂 like they gonna come and surround your house over 1 gram
I think they are the Minotaur of the drone world, never seen them, hopefully never will.
@@gerardoflores2183 bro, germany be like that
Phillip, I have a question about the water landing kit. I had the same thoughts regarding using the skids to recover the drone and claim the insurance. But I did wonder, how much sea water is kicked in to the underside of the drone as a result of take-off and landing? The bottom of the drone is vented to cool the battery. How problematic do you think it is?
Hi, absolutely none at all. The drone was completely dry.
Great video, and super responses to questions! Thank you.
Thank You! I do my best go get back to everyone if I can.
I have a Mavic Air 2 and wanted a little brother, so purchased the Mini 2 which is arriving in next day or two. Can I pair one Remote to both and just carry the one remote which will just work when I turn either of the drones on to fly?
Excellent video - thank you for sharing all these great tips!
You're welcome!
I'm watching this and I'm like... wait a sec, this is my town he's flying over. You've got yourself a sub, my man.
Wroclaw? Cool place, I go there fairly often.
I really enjoy your videos!
I’m happy you like them!
Just ordered my mini 2 yesterday. Ordered my freewell filter pack today.
I hope you're having fun with it!
Phillip - thanks for a very helpful post, would be a great help if you actually showed the box in which the filters was delivered in. When using your link a lot of different filters shows up and not only for the mavic mini but also for mavic's other models - so it's a bit har to find the filterset you are actually referring to....
Hi Ole, sorry about that! I'll be making a video about these filters this week as the sun is finally going to come out in Poland, so I'll show you the box, what they look like and why you need them. If you're already decided, let me know what country you're in and I'll find a link to your Amazon.
These filters look dope! I am waiting to get a mini 2 but I already wanna order these 😂🤟🏽
They are excellent and do a really good job, I'll be a dropping a film on them shortly.
I'm an avoid photography and the Mini 2 is my first drone. I really like it. I discovered your channel while searching for filters. Really appreciate your videos. You probably know and others may have noted it, regarding the blade guards, the firmware/software app now recognize when you use the guards. I put my on, the screen showed it recognized the guards and was calibrating for the guards. Thus, no need to go into the Settings from what I can see. Look forward to watching your other videos. One question. I do like the bag (that you show) that came with my combo pack; very small. I've thought of getting a hard case which are larger. Thoughts hard case vs. the bag itself. The compact size of the bag makes it less visible and easy to put into my hiking pack.
Great video once again. Thank you. Phillip
You're welcome!
Hi! It is really cool video with very useful info, thank you!
But I have a question for you, which cam do you use for your vlogs? She has really good and fast autofocus!
Thanks for the very informative Video Phil 👍🏼
Thank You!
I saw another comment ask already but I wanted to reiterate I'd love to see a video showing the difference for those filters! Just to really understand what they do, thanks for a really great video!
I've done quite a lot of videos on filters Chelsea, you'll find them on my channel. For me they are very important when it comes to achieving "cinematic" footage.
@@PhillipSkraba Oh okay I'll go find those, thanks!
Anytime! Any questions, fire away!
Phil. As a beginner, I will not know what filter to use and 8-pack just make it worse.
Will you recommend to start some filter product with 3-Pack as a starter? Thanks!
Tony, it's really simple. ND32 in tropical sun or Vegas, ND16 in normal sunny weather, ND8 in cloudy sunny weather, ND4 when it starts to get a little dark.
Are the batteries from the Mavic Mini 1 compatible with the Mini 2?
the link to the nd filters you provided are for the DJI MAVIC MINI 2 are those the same as what you are using for your DJI MINI 2 (not MAVIC)? and the link to the propeller guards you gave says NOT FOR MINI 2
and another useful video! ...subscribed :)
Thank You! Great to have you on board!
Hi Phillip - do you recommend a lens protector for the mini2? Does this interfere with the ND filters?
I don't recommend a lens protector Paul, I wouldn't worry about it at all. My Mini 2 has been all around the world and thrown around like a rag-doll, and the lens is fine.
Hi Phillip. Very helpful video. Thanks. I plan to buy a mini for sailing home vids. The floats will be perfect as insurance. Wind speed sometimes over 20 knots. Do you think mini 2 would be better than mavic?
Thank You! Yes, I'd go for the Mini 2, it's got more power and you won't worry about the connection.
"mini 2 better than mavic"... *Which* Mavic? Also, keep in mind the floats only help in calm waters. Which won't be the case with 20knot winds.
nice video man ! very helpfull
Thank You!
Thanks. Some good ideas there
Thanks!
Hi did you review a bait drop attachment for fishing.
Phillip, I have a question about the ND filters, do you recommend the all-day filters or the standard day? Thank you
The all day are great, I use them most of the time.
Thanx for the info!
You're welcome!
Does the landing gear affect the flight of the mini 2? Maybe the landing gear catches a little bit of wind. When you’re flying the mini 2 with the landing gear, do you notice a difference? Thanks!
I wouldn't fly it in strong winds, no, I think the floats would have a hard time then.
Okay...help me out here. I am a newbie supreme to drone flying. Just purchased a mini 2 and have logged a whopping 17 min air time. lol I'm curious about the filters. So many (or too many) options available. Why do they help and which ones are the best for the mini 2?
They allow you to achieve natural motion blur like in feature films, or even real life. I’d go for the Freewell all day, you can find links below my Mini 2 videos. I also dropped a few videos on how to use them.
Ill go 2weeks in holidays, tropical island. Do you recommend the all day filters or the bright day filters?
On tropical islands I use ND16, ND32 and ND64 sometimes. I never went over ND64 and never dropped below ND16.
Thanks great review
You're welcome!
Nice content! Question, for the extended landing gear, do We need to turn on payload for it? Thanks!
Thanks Philip, no, no you don't.
@@PhillipSkraba thanks for the reply. Appreciate it!
Do you or anyone else have a recommendation for blades? Should you stick with dji or is there a good set of aftermarket? Thank you in advance
I personally would stick to DJI, they are what keep your drone in the air, so I think it’s worth forking out for the originals. All the best!
Another interesting video. Many thanks.
You're welcome John!
Great , thorough and quick watch.. Filters bought, may look at the under carriage... Many thanks! Again...
You're welcome Paul, hope they come in handy! Did another video about them the other day.
@@PhillipSkraba thanks, sure, watched that too.. cool! Keep the content coming, especially for NEW drone users a HUGE market..
Yes, content for drones is great when it comes to views, and I love it, but to keep myself sane I need to diversify sometimes or I’ll go loopy 😂 Nevertheless, more to come!
I'm new to drones and I'm interested in getting am ND filter but they usually come in Large packs and are pricey. What filter would you recommend for a beginner?
For starters I'd go for an ND8, ND16, ND32, those should get you through the day in most places.
Hello Phillip, can I change the units from metric to Emperial system, like feet ? Thank you
I think you can change from mph to km, but not sure about m to ft.
Thanks for the video. This is my first drone and I want to try one lense first. Would you suggest
Freewell ND64/PL Hybrid Filter for DJI Mavic Mini/Mini 2 Drone?
Hi Brittany, I would suggest the kit as an ND64 is used if the sun is really strong like in Vegas for example, normal sun ND32, cloudy sunny ND16, overcast ND4-ND8. A PL hybrid is awesome as you can get the shutter back down to 1/50th and darken the sky and kill reflections.
The Freewell filters work for both drones.
Thank you so much!!!
Awesome presentation!! 😀👍💕
Thanks James!
What exactly is the difference between the lö#ong exposure, bright day and all day filters and do i really need to buy them? I thought of just buying the long exposure filters because the others are really expensive. Is that a good idea, or better all of them?
The long exposure are for photography, if you're shooting a flowing river or cars at sunset, you'll get some pretty cool effects. The bright day are your basic set and the 8 pack are great if you're really into your drone shots and film at all hours of the day. If you aren't sure, I'd go for the 4 pack I have linked below. The long exposure are not for filmmaking, unless you want some a very specific odd look.
the problem with these accessories is that the DJI care refresh says when you put on an accessory not made by DJI they state that you won't be covered. I'm not sure how strict they are with this and how they check but there is a possibility.
Well, I don't see how they could ever know what you have on your drone, so I wouldn't worry about that too much. Just go Shaggy on them, "it wasn't me".
warrenty? maybe?
care refresh? they don't care- send em the drone and they will replace it for the cost
Just to be technical, at 249 grams, adding anything on the DJI Mini 2 drone puts it into a different category of drone for many countries.
Sure, that's correct.
the mini 2 weight 242g, not 249.
What do these things do as far as changing the weight for places where you don't have to register if the drone weighs under 250 grams, like canad
Oh gosh, no idea, they'll take the drone over the 250g, so that's your choice if you wish to fly with them on or not Perry.
I saw that you linked a few packages of the lenses, I was wondering if you ever get around to this comment which of the 3 packs would you recommend in order to get more cinematic footage?
Freewell filters you mean? Sure! As long as there is an ND8, ND16 in there, you're good, ND32 if it's really sunny out there.
What do you think about attaching external lights to a drone?
What would be the use of them? To see the drone better or to light a subject? To be visible at night there are some options online, though I don't think that's needed. To light a subject it would have to be super strong and small, so not something I'd recommend.
@@PhillipSkraba Collision prevention lights. Useful when flying at night
New to drones, new to filters, do I use a special setting, while using the filters, (may be a foolish question but thanks)
No foolish questions. I always use ISO 100, 25fps 1/50th shutter speed, then use the ND filters to get a good exposure.
Mini 2 is a great little quad 👌
It's fantastic!
Great review thanks
You're welcome!
Hey Buddy, can these nd filters be used for recording video, if so which one?
Yes! The Kit, so the big box, that's for filming. The ND1000 and ND2000 are for photography. Links below for you to check out.
Thanks for the content.
You're welcome!
Do you use the two-way charging hub for Mini 2? If so, can I remove the battery that is fully charged while the two other batteries are still charging or I have to completely charge all the three batteries before use? Thanks.
Yes, I do, all the time. You can remove the battery that is ready and go fly, no problems at all.
@@PhillipSkraba Thanks! One more, can the charging hub be used as a storage while the batteries are fully charged or I need to remove them from the hub?
Sure, it can. Mine are in it all the time. It's great in the car too, plug it into a usb cigarette lighter adapter and you're charging all the time.
I cant find the 8 pack lense from freeway for mini 2 on amazon. The link shows another brand. Can you still see this on amazon
Hey Phillip..... I'm thinking about getting the mini 2 as my first drone and just for being "overly" safety concious....will the mini 2 fly with the water floats and the prop guards?
Hi Cory, no, I wouldn't do that. I've seen a film where that looked very unstable. I'd stick to one or the other and just be aware of your surroundings. As a first drone though, it's an excellent choice.
@@PhillipSkraba Thank you for the reply and the info..... will definitely do...... one or the other... and not both
@@corymichael2145 Yes, don't use both, could end badly, the Mini just isn't made for carrying so much.
Awesome bro thanks 👌
Thank You!
Can you explain more what those lenses do and how much they are . Thanks
Sure, I've dropped a few videos on them, you can find them in the DJI Mini 2 playlist on my channel. They basically allow you to limit the amount of light entering your lens and lower your shutter to achieve natural motion blur for a more natural and cinematic look.
Where did you buy the protector cage that works well and the water floating gadget? Please let me know. Thanks!!
The floats and cage are part of one product, it's all linked in the description of this video.
Thanks philip
New subscriber here! Great and informative video, Phillip! I wish I had found your video sooner as I really could've used those floatation thingies you mentioned - I irretrievably lost my drone in Lake Tahoe due to an ESC malfunction and DJI refuses to replace it unless I send them the original drone.
Also, I love the smooth appearing/disappearing text effect - how'd you do that?
Keep up the great work!
Thank You Chris, great to have you on board! Oh gosh, well, if I could go down anywhere with my drone, it would be Lake Tahoe!! I stayed in a wonderful place there, The Coachman Hotel, what a wonderful place! Well, flying over water, these come in real handy! Yes, with DJI Care you need to physically give them back the drone. I had to do that with my Mavic 2 Pro, it landed in the swimming pool though, so not hard. The text is the Cinematic titles pack from MotionVFX, awesome company that makes plugins!
I know it's too late now, but I think State Farm will insure a drone for about $60 a year and will replace if lost.
@@PhillipSkraba Thanks, Phillip! Purchased! They still have their Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale going on - use BLACK30 at checkout.
@@TroyKasper Thanks for the info! I looked into it and it's $60/year! Cheap!
That is excellent Chris, good you found that!
Hey Phillip, which nd filter do you tend to use the most for your mini 2? nd 16?
Living in Poland, most of the time we're sunny cloudy so I find the ND16 works well, but there are days I need the ND32 or even all the way down to ND4. I've never used the ND64 in Poland, but a few times in Vegas and the Seychelles.
@@PhillipSkraba ok awesome, thank you!

Can you get a wide angle lens for the DJI mini 2. I’m trying to film my furniture pieces in tight spaces. Any help would be great. Thanks
I'm afraid not, I've asked a few companies about this I work with, they say it would weigh too much for the gimble to handle.
it would be nice to see the mini 2 land on water and take off multiple times if you aren’t too timid
Sounds like a challenge!
Was the challenge recorded and posted in this channel?
@@news4me_nl Take a look - I’m pretty sure it was
Bought those filters because you said I need them, keen to understand when to use them and how to dial them in, thanks
Hi James! Sure! So start with your fps, if you're in Europe 25, if you're in the US 24. Then your shutter speed, set it to 1/50th and you're ready. All you do now is set the sensitivity, so your iso, start with iso 100. Now if it's sunny cloudy outside stick on an ND16 and see how the image looks on the phone, if the sky isn't completely white and the ground isn't completely dark you're good to go. If it's still too bright stick on the ND32, if it's too dark stick on the ND8. If it gets dark at night, take off the filter, and adjust the iso, so go to 200, 400, 800 until you get an image where you can see the scenery, usually 1600 and 3200 at night to see lights from buildings. I hope that helps!
@@PhillipSkraba I’m in Australia so I assume I stick to 25, appreciate you making your explanation nice and simple, I’ve consumed quite a few of your videos already since getting a DJI mini 2 for Christmas. Appreciate your work and the content you create, keep it coming, you have a new sub! 👊
Yes, 25fps in Australia. That's an awesome Christmas present! I bet you're having a lot of fun with it, tonnes of incredible scenery out there! You're welcome, I appreciate the sub 🔥
Dont have one yet but great video, and i hope i can get one for x-mas. quick question, do you think the fly more combo is worth it? Ive put some of the things in that bundle in and out of my cart and I still end up seeing the thing be a better value then getting only some of the accessories it has included. My main things I want for it are the extra props, the prop guards, and the bag
I think the combo is worth it, yes! The 2 batteries and charging hub come in most useful, extra props sure, if you hit a tree they'll be needed, the prop guards, I think you can live without them, I've used mine once in a demonstration video, the bag is great.
@@PhillipSkraba ok thanks for the feedback.I think I can probably live without all that stuff though 150 difference matters to me
@@gwb79 Of course, I totally understand.
In this video you say the pgytech cage sucks pretty badly but in your DJI Mini 2 propeller guards video you suggest it a great buy, flies well and offers better protection better than the DJI ones. Can you clarify?
Sure Ian, this was on the Mini 1, the Mini 2 handles the cage a lot, lot better. The Mini 1 had a really hard time with it.
Phillip I have question. I don’t ask it for myself but for the mini2 i just ordered. 😃 can yoy make a video inside your house, showing the interiior.
You're going to love the Mini 2! Sure you can use it inside your house, I'd recommend a propeller guards for it though, just in case.
@@PhillipSkraba and I recommend an interiorvideo on your youtubesite 😀 with more tips maybe? First i am going to look in the box and then i buy the things you recommen like the soft landing thing and the floating gear of course.
How many of the accessories (landing gear/float plane landing gear/cages) put the Mini 2 at or over 250 grams? Over 249 grams in Canada changes its classification and takes it from no license needed to needing a license ... and all of the flight area restrictions kick in too.
All of them Chris, you’d have to be a nutter to put them on without a license.
@@PhillipSkraba Yeah, that's what I figured. I think I'll get some flight time without the worry of regulations first. :)
Phillip Excellent review & help One quick question Do u think it is really important to have MOTOR CAPS on Mini 2 Pls help as im really confused as I stay in India and yes it is a bit dusty Cheers 😊
Nah, absolutely no need at all.
I have two questions.
1 - Is there a way to adapt Mavic Air 2 filters in Mini 2 or vice versa
2 - Is mini 2 or Mavic Air 2 Weather sealed enough, to fly in fog or very light rain?
Great video.
No, the filters are quite different. Both can take quite a bit of fog, I would steer clear of rain, mind you I've had mine come back to me wet a few times and it's been ok. I wouldn't recommend it though. Thank You!
Im new to drone footage and photography and videography can you explain how exactly it works with the nd filters and why exactly I need them and how to use them? It’s probably enough material for an own video I guess :D love your content it’s very easy to understand and I like how calm you explain everything, keep it up!
Hi Juri! So ND filters are simply put sunglasses for our cameras. To achieve natural motion blur, so the image not being too sharp or too blurry, we need to set the correct shutter speed. That is 1/50th if our frame rate it 25fps. Using that 180 degree rule as it's called, we allow far too much light into our lens, so we need to limit how much is getting in using ND filters. If you film at 25fps and have a shutter of 1/1000th, which is very fast, you'll have a very sharp and jittery image, if you go the other and use 1/25th you'll have a blurry and almost dream like image.
I dropped a video on this recently - czcams.com/video/ujavc5c4t8Q/video.html
Any questions just ask. Thank You!
@@PhillipSkraba You really deserve every subscription :) Thank you very much for that awesome answer and video that helped me very much!
You also have a zip pocket in the underside of the top of the bag for the extra propellers and tools!
Yes, that's correct!
A little zipp where you can put papers in. In my case i discovered only after an hour or so that there it containt the extra propellors, screwdriver an d so on
Yes, lots of little secret zips 😂
Does having the landing legs on it change how the drones flys at all?
No, not at all, I don't feel any difference on the Mini 2 at all.
its really good cause if u have to land on grass then it doesnt let u fly back up without that stand since the gimbal gets messed up and also the proellers too i think so yeah thats a really important tool for me in case i mess up a landing or something not that i land on grass often but its still good to have.
Do you know the weight of the ND filters? I am guessing they might be more than 1g which would then push the Mini 2 into new classification territory, at least as far as the UK rules are concerned, and no longer be legally able to fly in certain places. I'm not sure if/when anyone is stopped, their drone is ever weighed for compliance?
I think they might be a gram or two, they are very light. I have to be honest, I don't think the drone police would weigh the drone, I've never heard of that happening, the rules are more or less the same for all of us across Europe now.
Also the drone itself is less than 249g
I'm getting that landing gear for sure!
It comes in handy!
Adds to much weight
haha try mounting the GoPro on it if you think that adds weight 😂 Just fly it 🤘🏻
@@PhillipSkraba ok

This floating stuff is scarry af :) But the filters are pretty cool and useful. Maybe I should get more filter for my Air 2 too

Scary but being a fisherman and around the saltwater alot boy am i glad they make them.As he said, may not save the drone but will make retrieval possible. Also thee dry landing gear is to me a big blessing, thanks for showing these items.
Can you add the details of the floating kit? Where to buy and current price and link?
I dropped a whole entire video of that testing it out - czcams.com/video/cBX1CZryZV4/video.html
Are the propeller guards for the Mini 2 the same as the DJI ones for the original Mavic Mini?
Yes, exactly the same.

@@PhillipSkraba watching your iceland video right at this moment. Stunning. I will get the DJI mini 2 in a few weeks. So very exited. Can’t wait to combine the footage with my own music. Life is good 😊👍
Thank You! Iceland was a ton of fun, but also very challenging. I'm sure you'll love the Mini 2, it's a wonderful little drone that is incredible capable!
i use also a landing gear but a different one.
it connects the front and back arms and goes down from the arms.
Because it connects the front and back arm it protects the front arm form breaking easily.
it is stable because it stands on the outersides of the drone.
Also it are only 2 plastic beams that fits in the standaard carry case
i also have the landing gear that you have but i dont use it. because of the points above
I saw a couple of different ones, I guess they all do the same thing.
2:00 I also label my batteries on my drone!
Best way to roll!
Where do I get the strap thing to hold in the propellers because yes that is a super pain in the butt when I take it in and out of my case?!
You can pick that up off DJI if you want.
9:40 Yes, and while you'r at it... Does it fish?
Small little fishing line wit a tad poll type bait. - Catch a Min-O.
I wish!!
Hi, bro what do you do with the drone after review ?
I put it on my shelf with all my other gear 🤷🏻♂️
Hi Philip, can you recommend a SDCard for the Mini 2?
Sure! I use the Sandisk Extreme Pro, works perfectly.
@@PhillipSkraba Thanks
Love your neon sign. Any chance you'd tell me where you got it made?
Thanks Gerry! My friend made it for me in Poland, he used to have a traditional neon sign company, but I'm afraid he closed it last year.
Is there a wide angle lens for the DJI Mini 2?
Not that I’m aware of, no.
No, because no one should be using wide angle lenses they fsck up your shot.
no, but the panoramas are amazing
@@bashkillszombies The lens on the Mini 2 is wide enough for me. I wouldn't say the F up the shot, it really depends on your situation and needs.
@@rileymeier2191 I haven't tried them yet, but will do soon.
I search so long for this Video 💪🏻great
I'm glad you found it! Thank You!
Hello, how are you? Is there a drone in the category "DJI mini 2" at a moderate or cheap price and less than 250 grams? Thank you
I'm well, thanks for asking, I hope you are too Edward! No, I'm afraid there is nothing that comes close to the Mini 2, it's capabilities at this price and weight are just out of this world.
Great stuff! Now if DJI will just add this great little cinematic powerhouse to the Smart Controller... Please DJI!!!
Thanks!
Great video
Thank You!
Nice video. 😍👍
Thank You!
do you recommend dust caps to go on the motors to prevent debris from getting in to the motors?
Hi Len, no, never used them on the original, I don't see the need for them. I've used it in sand, rain, snow, and they're always been clean of any dirt. So I wouldn't advise on buying them since I've put it through quite a lot of crap, literally and it has been fine.
@@PhillipSkraba THANK YOU SO MUCH.
@@lenshabsels7489 You're welcome!
Hey Phillip, thanks for great videos and tutorials. I have just subscribed to your channel. Quick question: How all these accessories add up to the weight of the mini 2 if you want to stay in the 249 grams? Do you have to register the drone then if above 249?
Hi! Yes, all of these will push him over 250g, so in theory you'd have to register, depending on where you are in the world and what laws govern you airspace.
