Key points: 1) If you are involved in DV, press charges stating only the facts each time you are violated. 2) Cooperate with officers and remember they are supposed to be doing their jobs based on probable cause, which is easy to have based on the paperwork they receive from the criminal justice system. 3) Officers do basic investigations. Detectives do more in-depth investigations when officers turn the case over to them. The state and prosecuting attorneys do thorough investigations if detectives turn the case over to DAs who work for the state. 4) Cases dismissed with prejudice by the state and prosecuting attorney can't be filed again. Cases dismissed without prejudice can be filed again as a new case with new information. 5) Research the Brady Violation. Prosecuting attorneys are required to disclose appropriate information about a person who made a report anonymously that matches the Brady Violation. 6) When bloggers report on people's lives and before accusing them of lying and minimizing the victims' experiences, they should ask the question, What if you, as the bloggers, are wrong when you put out wrong, damaging, and harmful information that could destroy someone, even leading them to unalive themselves? What if the information put out is a lie or slander? What if you put out information or do something with malicious intent? How will this affect the victims in a harmful way? What is your motive for putting out information about somebody else's life that could harm them? What triggers of the bloggers or people who do things to hurt people have you not dealt with for healing? Why haven't you gotten healing? 7) Vote for local officials who will do the right things and put statutes in place to make humanity better, protect, and be more beneficial from a criminal justice standpoint - updating antiquated laws based on evolving times. 8) Research domestic V, financial abuse, and judicial abuse. 9) Don't be a lawyer without a degree making legal statements on social media when you have no idea of the nuances and don't have the certification to practice. Be careful about becoming the judge and jury on social media with public opinions. 10) If it's hysterical, it's historical, meaning if you are driven to let people on social media know how you feel, it is not about the person you are lashing out at, it is about something else in your life. It needs proper professional attention for care and healing. Seek the right professional help. 11) Revenge is not a substitution for healing. Get professional help to cope and heal if you are experiencing cognitive dissonance. 12) Correct misbehaviors. 13) Focus on redeemable qualities. 14) Get professional help to get back your power and control as you develop a healthy plan to execute at the right time. 15) Stay away from aggressors.

Even in the court of law, a person can't be retried for certain cases once they have been penalized, if they are ruled guilty. Martell deserves to move on in life and have a successful good life. I do believe in his success. Please help Martell too. I do believe he is being setup to fall and not rise again.
