Very good interview, it’s funny to say is , I was in that prison the time this cop was working. Ha I had good memories at them two prisons , I knew a lot of the cops there’s there human and we’re human, it gives you a good perspective on our lives we live . Good content!!!

I worked Texas pinta for 23 years. lot of what I learned was from convicts. having said that, today is a different world. convicts back in the day carried themselves in a different way.

I love knowledge so when u spoke on letter of law we have an understanding but I never it like when he said spirit of law thanks indicted and to this stand ex guard ...!!!
We aren't as strict because we are splintered in many different ways. There's UBN, BloodLine, CCO, BlueNotes, BGF, 415/KUMI. Then there's cars, Hub Dub and a Tub(Compton, Watts, sometimes Lynwood, and Long Beach), there's Movin/Gangsta car, NHood car, Inland Empire car, then there's Sacramento Stockton Merced Salinas Fresno etc....
A normal house hold is single mother or step parents. Both biological parents is extremely rare

Ppl think that because it’s an sny yard, it’s not as “active” as the gp yards. It’s for sure active, but in its own way. No rules, so not everyone jumps. Maybe some gangs on that side do but for the most part it’s 1v1. Most sny came from somewhere..
