the thing about this brand is they spend half the advert explaining how the love to give great products and customer service, yet you see them ignore questions on their youtube channel and you see examples like your bags zipper being sown incorrectly.
its an american brand but i wouldnt be surprised if it was made in china. i've nothing against chinese backpacks. you can get good bags for 1/3 the price. im only getting this one because its on sale on amazon and is one of few bags that looks like it can actually hold the weight it claims.
how wonderful these bags are for the pets! i can sneak mine onto buses and into hotels :D
