Bandha Kobi Barar Recipe ( Odia ) | Bandh Gobhi Vada Recipe : Must try this unique style of flavourful and super cripsy " Vada ( Wada / Bara ) " . Which is a deep fried snack made with cabbage ( bandha kobi / Bandh Gobhi / Patta Gobhi ) , crushed gainger garlic, indian spices etc. Do enjoy this delicious Vada as a evening Snack or it can also be served with Water Rice ( Odisha famous Pakahla ) as a side dish . Enjoy :)
Ingredients :
1. Cabbage ( Bandha Kobi / Patra Kobi ) - 2 palmful
2. Onion ( Piaaja ) - 1 ( big )
3. Crushed ( Ginger - 1inch + Garlic cloves 4-5 ) - 1 tbsp
4. Fresh Coriander leaves ( Dhania Patra )
5. Chopped Green Chilli ( Kancha Lanka ) - 2 nos. ( or as required )
6. Gram Flour ( Besan ) - 8 tbsp ( or as required )
7. Rice Flour ( Chaula Gunda ) - 4 tbsp ( or as required )
8. Turmeric Powder ( Haladi Gunda ) - 1 tsp
9. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder ( Lanka gunda ) - 1 tsp
10. Roasted Cumin Powder ( Bhaja Jeera Gunda ) - 1 tsp
11. Coriander powder ( Dhania Gunda ) - 1 tsp
12. Carom Seeds ( Ajwain / Juani ) - 1 tsp
13. Red Chilli Flakes ( Khadada Sukha lanka ) - 1 tbsp ( Optional )
14. Salt to taste
15. Oil to Fry .

Wow! Bandha Kobi Bara recipe was looking extremely so beautiful. It was very crispy, very crunchy, very juicy, and perfect golden brown in color. I think it was very flavorful in taste. At the end you have served this recipe on white plate with tomato ketchup, and garnishing this recipe with fried green chilies. Which was looking absolutely very fabulous, and your presentation was really superb. I think this recipe is amazing combination with green chutney.
