Great tutorial, I was unaware that such a guide existed. A small spritz of WD 40 ( or equivalent ) works a treat for drilling cleanly into aluminum. Try on a scrap piece of aluminum to feel and see the difference, it's pretty amazing how much less effort is needed and the precision of the cut :)
Sick video man! Will need to drill my handlebars soon for my bike! Really like how you deburr the drill holes! Look into getting a ‘reverse countersink tool’ that will help you deburr the other side of the hole you drilled to help stop your wires getting cut up in the future! Yeah, that's one of the next steps. I've just ordered all the components like plugs, etc. and a soldering station 👌 In case you'll be faster though, I could send you the wiring diagram that I got from a friend for the BMW. But I guess it's also included in the m.unit handbook.
Hey, ich (gelernter Industriemechaniker) würde dir empfehlen beim Bohren nicht so kleine Abstufungen zu wählen, da ansonsten die Bohrer nur an den Außenkanten der schneide belastet werden und diese somit schneller wegbrechen. In diesem Fall hätte ich sogar die 4mm direkt gebohrt. An der Ständerbohrmaschine z.B. bohre ich erst ab Bohrer-Durchmesser 6mm(je nach Material erst ab 10mm) vor und dann auch immer nur so viel wie die Querschneide des Bohrers hat den ich als letztes verwende, dann läuft der zweite Bohrer 1. stabiler weil er besser geführt ist und 2. brechen die Schneiden nicht weg. Natürlich ist das mit dem Akkuschrauber nicht bei diesen Durchmessern möglich, aber ich denke du weißt wie ich das meine. Ansonsten wieder ein klasse Video, auch schön zu sehen das du viele Abonnenten gewinnst, du machst das wirklich gut und bist sehr sympathisch! Grüße

Zum Entgraten kann man auch einfach einen größeren Bohrer nehmen. Ist natürlich nicht so gut wie ein richtiger Senker aber alle mal besser als ne kleine Feile. Grüße von den Bastelbros
