    Question, if you’re already pitching and hitting with the gas and brake leg action, plus your work plyo outs do the same actions, when is it recommended to go the opposite direction? Since the material I’ve read recommends opposite mobility to correct one directional motion of an entire season. I’m nothing close to a pro, just asking for advice. Thx in advance
