My win-7 laptop failed to boot, so even though I can still read the failing disk on USB, I can't run any of the programs on it. I rebuilt another ols disk with W-7, and I can browse the Internet and do a few things, but my new (used) laptio has just arrived with W-10 on it.

ok, so i have watched and listened to this several times. i just wrote down on a piece of paper every step you describe. i bought a ew computer from walmart, and after i study this procedure a few more times, i wil go to my new computer and follow your tutorial. I'm going to help my grandmother setup her computer and this is so helpful, I forgot what the basic Windows is like because I'm so used to customizing my laptop over the last 5 years, it barely resembles a Windows OS at all. 😅

Good question, go back or force turn off the laptop by holding power turn it back on and then it should start from the start but remember if u saved your password you need to click on disconnect and then click on i dont have internet

Absolutely not, you need a whole different video macs dont come with windows operating system installed on them you need to buy another type of pc like Lenovo or maybe dell for example they have windows pre installed on them. Macs or Apple products on the other hand have a operating system on them called “MAC Operating system”. So if you buy and HP Dell or a lenovo this video can help you with a start up but not if you buy an Apple product. Hope this helps

Macs dont come with windows pre installed but you can install windows if you like on them and if you know how to install them. I personally have never encountered a apple store selling a mac pre installed on their devices but i have installed windows on macs before and yes the same procedure after the installation you can use these steps for the rest of the setup.
I can't seem to find a solution to my current problem anywhere on the web but here goes. Always had purchased previous laptops and desktops with the windows program already setup. This new desktop isn't so I am attempting to do it but I run into the problem where the language keeps reverting to french. I don't read or speak it and can only go so far until I am stuck. I am about ready to toss the whole thing out the window. Literally.
Oh, and because of the box on the screen that I couldn't seem to get rid of, I inadvertently connected this contraption to the internet.

Whenever I click on new desktop it just duplicates my main desktop, I don’t get an empty new desktops. All I get is duplicates of my original desktop! Why is that? And how to fix it?
This is a feature in windows 10 to give you additional desktops than you’r original desktop, you can switch between those “virtual desktops” by pressing Windows Key+ CTRL + Left Or Right to choose between those desktops.
Will my stuff from my old pc get transferred to the new pc when I log in using my Microsoft account on the new pc? I logged in to the old pc with my Microsoft account by the way.
No your stuff will stay in the old pc you need to transfer them using a external hard drive by going to your folders on the old computer and copying what you need like photos music etc pasting them in the external hard drive and then you can paste them in your new computer, the Microsoft account only helps with some certain settings and thats about it. Can anyone help me? When I enter my wifi info and click next, it loads for a few minutes then says an error occurred. I’ve tried connecting through two different wifi networks and by using an ethernet cable. Pls help

There should be an option in the internet section on the left side stating “I dont have internet connection” , if that does not show , you might have an older version of windows installation , if you do have the same look in the video where i talk about if you do not want to use a Microsoft account how to go by it i talk about it in the video. That Guy Who Does Memes , unfortunately i cannot see what you are seeing but, if you click back there might be an option saying “i do not have a microsoft account” or i want to creat a local account , the problem is they keep changing this option on every windows 10 update so since i am not in-front of your screen i wont know which version but try the above and let me know.

After reseting everything will all viruses be gone and will pc be faster?
This video is about setting up your windows 10 after a complete reset or if you buy a new computer, and yes if you reset your computer to your factory defaults and choosing to delete everything including your data etc it will delete the viruses and make your computer like the day you bought it (if your build in hardware is healthy) but keep in mind that if your computer has low specs like it will not run faster after the reset it will be the same like you bought it and as soon as you start browsing the internet and updating etc your computer will become slow hope this helps

That is not a bug, its intentionally placed there by Microsoft to force you to have a online account with them so they can “more” track you and sell you more services

Assuming you have finished the intro setup and now you are in your desktop, on the lower right near the time there should be a globe 🌎 icon click on it when you do there should be a list of WI-FI names connect to whats yours, hope this helps
