    Loved seeing this process at this scale. Back in high school I was fortunate enough to take a photography class. It was fun to develop my own film and even make enlargements. But only B&W, maybe 2 rolls of 35mm at once max, and having to do EVERYTHING by hand. It's really cool to see the different machines and technology used that helps automate and do things much faster and in bulk.

    Nice! That did, indeed, answer my question.
    I haven't developed my own film since high school but, watching the chemicals being prepped, gave me flashbacks to 1978 (or so).

    Awesome video! Loved seeing the inner workings of the process and meeting the team behind the curtain! It gives an appreciation for the care and effort that goes into each roll of film.

    Any plans on doing ECN-2 in the future? Love using Kodak vision3 in some occasions and it would be nice to send it to y’all along with the other rolls

    Hello, love your video is it cheaper to just have my old negative scanned or printed?

    • @reformedfilmlab
      @reformedfilmlab  Před 5 měsíci

      Scanned. In order to print those photos, we would have to scan them anyways. If you’re just looking to digitize them, you can place an order online and select scan size.

    So I have old negatives that are you know just like not long like there’s maybe five or six pictures do you just tape those together and then put them through the machine?

    I’ve always been curious on those automatic production developing machines. Is it possible to push C41 with them? Cool to see BTS.

    Really nice video. But I do have a question, and I think I know the answer, but do you return the negatives to the customer? Thanks!

    • @reformedfilmlab
      @reformedfilmlab  Před 8 měsíci

      We sure do. For scanning orders, you’re given the option at checkout to return them or dispose of them if they are not needed. Scanning and print orders automatically have the negatives included with your prints.
