I'm new and was trying to figure out how to control your minions. I also chose necromancy cold mastermind and when i want to start a fight with a group of enemies, how do I get my minions to spread out? I know i can tell each minion to attack a different enemy but that seems a little tedious. There is also the "all attack" which makes every minion attack that enemy. from there, after the first enemy dies, they will then spread out a little and choose their own targets. When you cast your first spells, what are you doing to make your minions attack? any specific command? they seem to spread out kinda evenly.
I dont have a macro or bind that makes the pets all spread out like you describe. It just appears in the video that the pets behave nicely but what I do is open with Bonfire and as I am placing the bonfire I have a GoTo bind I press that sends my pets to the location I want them to be in. It feels seamless because as the bonfire is being flung towards the mobs, my minions are then running towards that area and attacking as soon as the bonfire attack lands.
@@Vinceq98 hey thanks for the reply! I think I get what you're saying. However how do you get bonfire if you're a necromancy cold mastermind? My friend has been getting me into the game. He has mentioned something about another power set or something. When I look up bonfire it seems to be in the fire powers. Long story short how do you add bonfire to your arsenal?
@@Vinceq98 nevermind I just found a wiki page for it. Seems like it's available at level 35 as a power I can choose. I just need to remember to select bonfire. And get the GoTo command bound. Thanks! I like the aesthetic of cold and necromancy. Reminds me of the lich King from World of Warcraft (I know I know ha)
