Homebrewer Scott Housell shares his experiment that split a wort into a Saison and a hoppy Pale Ale. Adam Ross of Twin Span also talks about CBC in Vegas.
Split batches are my thing, a great way to investigate the attributes of different yeasts. Just a side note, are you able to tell us your recipes in percentages rather than units? Also, having other brewers dissect beers is great listening. Enjoying your shows 👌🏻 Regards, Thomas, South Australia.
Hey, Thomas! I'm glad you're enjoying the beer dissection. Needless to say, I am, too. When I got my degree in broadcast journalism in the 1900s, I only had to have three hours of basic math to graduate. So, be happy I include metric. 🤣 If you feed my ingredients into your brewing software, you should be able to scale up or down. Happy brewing! - James
