although your points are very good i do have to bring light on some things you missed
flowey: you say flowey has absolutly 0 backstory at all. i would agree with you but theres a sideplot where you can actualy befriend the flower and put him in your party. the game turns into more of a rpg than a story game. it brings in mechanics from undertale -1 like parties, exp being actualy usefull, and silly battle animations.
determination: it is used as a deus ex machina at times, but its a actual stat in battle's! beat every single neutral run combo and in battles it will have its own gui. the lower hp you have, the higher determination is. if you finish a battle with low hp you get to keep the determination and use it as a currency.
bosses are too easy: i do agree they are ment for beginners but there is a secret boss, you can fight gaster himself by spending 110,29 determination points, you go from spending 3-5 attempts beating a boss but gaster can be beat in 6 attempts.
sands undertale: you are right, there is no battle for sans, but his battle is left over in the game files, so activate debug mode by doing A.C.E and go into room 110, this will allow you to battle sans, but it is a bit broken.
krisp's backstory: while you are right that his backstory isnt explained well enough, foby tox did release old sketches depicting krisp falling into the underground as thinking it is a 7/11 and wanting to buy a sprite cramberry.
also at 0:29 theres a screenshot about pizza. pizza is only good when it has no crust, pinapples, sardines, and cheese to hide the toppings.
You haven't played the genocide route or the pacifist route, which honestly are the best for info about the game.

Hey, you didn't played the Genocide nor Pacifist path, and i think that's why you think this game is unfinished. You should play it, i think you will like it a lot more as it adds more story and character development, oh and Sans actually haves a fight. (First play the pacifist, genocide is H E L L)

And while the pacifist route is more than sparing everyone, flowey tells you how to do it

I’d like to highlight a few things. Spoilers if you intend on playing the game with either the genocide or pacifist route (you should)
1: Determination IS explained in the true pacifist route. It’s something only powerful human souls can wield compared to weak monster souls, which literally melt when exposed to determination. A human with high amounts of determination can shape the world and reality, which is an in universe way of explaining respawns and resets.
2: Flowey is explained. MASSIVE SPOILERS but just know Flowey has a lot more to him in the game during true pacifist.
3: The boss fights get harder when you do literally anything but the neutral route. Asriel, Undyne the Undying, and Sans are very difficult fights that are worth your time.
4: There IS a sans fight. In the genocide route you fight sans. I’m not trolling, it’s real.
All in all, I completely understand your opinions on the NEUTRAL route. But that’s not how Undertale is meant to be played. Your meant to play either pacifist or genocide first, then you truly experience the joy of the game and what the story is all about. I wish you well and hope you return to it.

"What is Determination?" Yet the man knows about the pacifist ending, wich to get it he had to go through true lab, possibilities split in two; He did not took the time to read the true lab entries and just skipped them, or he just was lazy and didnt wanted to play it by himself

"That flower" Does got depelovement later on game, if you could care to read some dialogue lines here and there, his backstory is easily undertandable, not just another monster that wants to kill you or an annoying villain who spawns randomly.

if you cared enough to do the review, you would find out yourself that THERE IS a sans bossfight, aswell of hard bossfights, too, since you only looked at neutral route and (i guess) pacifist route, you never did the geno route, so you dont have neither a clue of how to fight him or a idea of what are you talking about.

It's just common for these days (that's why it's boring)it was unique for people in 2015
I won't say "unique" even by the 2010's standards,as the game essentially recycled tropes that were already popular in the indie gaming scene at the time, and the gameplay(while certainly unique)was the weakest aspect of the game.

there are multiple routes, neutral, pacifist, genocide
neutral: a view kills, a view spares, you fight photoshop flowey
pacifist: You spare EVERYONE, you unlock and find out the TRUE story, and ASRIEL DREMURR
Genocide: you kill EVERYONE, you find out sans isn't what he seems.
and to add a cherry on top, a mysterious scientist called "w.d Gaster" which you ONLY find in certain circumstances, we don't even know his real design, he is the mystery of Undertale.
you can't just play trough __1__ neutral ending and expect to get everything unlocked, HECK, FLOWEY EVEN TELLS YOU YOU UNLOCK MORE OF THE STORY IF YOU GO BACK TO SPARE ANYONE!
Usually, I would not be this deffending but I URGE you to play the ENTIRETY of undertale

EVERY NEUTRAL ENDING
EVERY SECRET.
and THEN review the game again, it is clear your video has no real effort at all, you say it has no story while infact you did not even LOOK at the story

WHY does asgore want all 7 souls, and what brought him to that goal

and finnally, what is the REAL name of the human we play, AND what are sans's battle stats (Attack, Defense, dialogue about him)
If you want the lore
FIRST play neutral, flowey will tell you to REDO the entire game, but play pacifist(spare everynone, no single kill.)
and once you achieved THOSE two endings, Play Genocide (KILL EVERYONE)
the reason the sans bossfight never came is because you never unlocked it, the fact you did not even think off the possibilities of multiple endigns while you can CLEARLY fight, act, AND spare people, is dissapointing.
Excuse my grammar here I ain't english, but I am making valid points.
Undertale is good due to:
GREAT story which you actually need to *UNLOCK* by doing multiple actions
*Multiple* fun mysteries unknown til even today
*great* soundtrack
and much more.
One last thing, when I actually say "play trough" I mean take the time to read dialogue, investigate a little, get a little invested, try to connect dots, try to find secrets, all those kind of things
I might wanna add the reason undertale is so popular is BECAUSE of the story and the mysteries, the reason there are so many fangames is because of the story and mysteries (edit: especially mysteries around sans papyrus and Scientist w.d.gaster which we don't have an official design for)

why would a game need to have you go through multiple endings in order for the story to make sense. a good game would have a good base story and the other endings add onto that, not a jumbled mess that turns into a really good story if you go out of your way, also just like this comment the video is joking.
it is connected to the keypart of the game
*Determination*
it is lorewise an important keypart aswell as mechanical wise, Determination, (the will to keep going etcetc) is a STRONG abillity, before frisk Flowey had it, it allowed him to RESET the world ("Timeline") and come back to life, once the human fell, the HUMAN gained this power, and now we/the human can decide WHAT TO DO!
and our actions WILL influence the story and route, so it would not be surprising that there is a bit of hidden lore or personality in each ending and ESPECIALLY each route.
and it is very useful for plottwists, like the unexpected sans fight in Genocide (Yes this was AT FIRST quite literally unexpected, before all the memes)
in which we find out about sans' powers, hints to his depression, and the fact that (in the files) the blaster he uses is called "Gaster Blaster" which links him to the mysterious scientist,
but the MAIN plotstory is REALLY just in neutral and Pacifist, its about Asriel dremurr and Chara after all,
you can EITHER kill someone in the neutral route, and you'll have to redo everything for pacifist
or kill nobody in neutral and go trough the omega flowey, then right after you can casually just go back to do the pacifist ending
it isn't really that complicated to do, the game gives you hints all around the corner, Flowey telling you you can go back to BEFORE the asgore fight and change things (If you haven't killed anyone) is the most obvious one.
the ONLY complicated thing is triggering the Genocide ending, due to the game pushing you away from it, the game makes it CLEAR in that situation, you ARE the villain
or, long story short, the game is dependand on your actions. and you can NEVER undo genocide btw, the game will ALWAYS taunt you for it.
EDIT: The neutral endings arent THAT important
the import endings are the pacifist route and genocide route, and what happen troughout them.

I don’t like undertale, the graphics are just terrible and besides the boss fights, the music is annoying as hell. Also the game is like 2 hours long and don’t even get me started on photoshop flowey. Just my opinion tho
