Frank Rizzo interview with John Kosich, Spring 1986

In the spring of 1986 former two-term Democratic Philadelphia Mayor Frank Rizzo was considering a run for his old seat as a Republican against Wilson Goode. As a journalism student at Temple University John Kosich talked with Rizzo as part of a paper he was writing.
