Is it possible to calibrate the throttle body? help with problem there is suzuki a-star k10b engine vibration at idle. They changed the engine mounts, checked the fuel injectors, changed the spark plugs, the vibration remained. If you have a manual for this car, please share.
It's only reset it.... Not calibrate.
Calibration is possible only with premium scanners.

I followed all the process u told in the video. After doing all that i was able to go around 50 to 60km and again engine light flashing and rpm is again fluctuating. Could you please help me rectify this issue. Do i need to change the throttle body?
If the fault is occurring due to durt or carbon then it should be fixed after doing all this... But it the other problem.
My advice is that . Once visit to service centre.

sir help, k10 rpm decreases when switching aircon and even shifting to reverse or drive, what might be the problem?
Decrease in RPM may caused by dirty throttle body or dirty injectors
If dont want to take risk of cleaning throttle body yourself..
Then buy injector cleaner of liqui moly link is in description box mix it with petrol and it will clean your throttle body, injectors, valves, spark plug and all fuel system...
And clean your Air filter..
For shifting problem u have to adjust the free play of cable and Diagnose gear lever cables and lubricate the uppr cable ball joints on engine....
And still problem persist then u have to clean your throttle body by opening it.. or visit to workshop.

Check all couplers and Accelerator pedal.... And clear all fault code with OBD scanner.

My Alto k10 (2015 model)on idle state has a problem of engine vibration which I feel so much on steering/ dashboard and front doors. I changed all the body bushings/ engine mount bushing/air filters/spark plugs also but still it vibrates. Rpm doesn't fluctuate and the vibration stops when I give acceleration. Local mechanic said they can't do anything about it. Plz help,

What is the RPM on idle state????
It should be above 1000rpm
Low RPM also creates vibration
And if your car Silencer is in contact with body it will also create vibration... check your silencer too.

भाई मेरे पास अल्टो k10 है 2018 मॉडल मैंने उसकी टोटल बॉडी में बिना खोले ही टोटल बॉडी क्लीनर से साफ की है उसके बाद आरपीएम ऊपर नीचे होने लग गए और चलने में भी परेशानी आ रही हमारे सिटी में टोटल बॉडी कैलिब्रेशन कोई मिस्त्री नहीं करता है

Idel ki problem h.... Throttle body or injector clean krlo... Thik hojayega.... Ya fir petrol me injector cleaner mila sakte ho usse bhi thoda faida milega but puri tarah thik khol kr saaf krke hi hogi....
Jaise iss video me dikhaya h same wese hi saaf krna.

Yes after warm up my car RPM also stick between 700-1000 RPM it is normal bro.... In morning or cold start RPM is high.

Sorry sir mujhe apki problem smajh nahi arahi h..... Car ap cold start karoge toh 1500 tak RPM rehte h Uske baad 1000 ke aas pass ajate h warm hone pr.... Ab aap bol rhae ho 800 ya 750 hi rehne chahiye bt aaisa nahi h.... Usse km jyda hona bhi normal h... 700-1500rpm normal range h... Throttle body apne aap set krti h RPM idle pr as per weather or engine temperature or requirements....
Sir ye programmed system h ye sab apne aap set krta h..
Yaha carburettor nhi jo aap khud se RPM set kr skte ho... Thoda bht variation aata rehta h... Which is acceptable.

Hello sir, i am facing issue after i cleaned throttle assembly by myself. Meri alko 10 2017 model hai . Ab meri gadi ka rpm fluctuate horaha hai during running in neutral gear. Maine scan tool mai code bhi clear karvaya service center mai lakn theek ni hue problem. Ab mai kya karu. Service center wale bol rahe hai throttle body replace karni hai. Please help

Haa fir apko throttle body clean krni padegi or sath sath injector bhi krwa lena.... Uske baad obd sccaner se fault code clear krwa lena....
And ek liquid moly ka injector cleaner aata h wo mix krlena petrol me usse apke valve spark plug sara system clean hojayega

I have alto k10 2016 ,when the car is still ,it vibrates a lot .i have cleaned the throttle body and plugs. But still it vibrates a lot and rpm is less than 1000,around 700 ,800.
Please suggest me what to do ..because its very irritating
Change engine mounting.
@@Motovenom16 I went to service station,mechanic checked it but he said mounting is still new...should I still change it or there is some other problem?

Open the spark plug and check weather they are clean or carbon residues are there (little bit carbon is ok) if any spark plug seems wet with oil and very dirty then that clyinder is not working properly. it will make engine limp and it will shake..
