  • Summer is here, and for our double coated friends running, blading and land work can heat them up fast and bring down their performance quicker. With temperatures spiking well over 90°F that black pavement can heat up to a searing paw cooking temperature. It isn't a problem during the night, but for the day feel free to find a body of water and exercise your companion in one of many ways. Swimming: builds stamina, agility, endurance, confidence. Retrieval work: builds behavior, obedience, coordination, forward drives. *IF you are able to join in with your dog, you will increase his propensity to act; thus, achieving certain goals you may have set for him.* One of the best methods of building a desired behavior is through excursion and example. (And it just feels damn good to cool off) *If you need help getting there, Private Message anytime, anywhere.* 'be free.enjoy your dog'
