To enhance the bhagie next time you cook it put two tomatoes cut in chunks it will break up in the process of cooking also you can add one green pimento pepper it make the bhagie taste even better.
Louise, the bhaji came out really good. Sana, the"Sana" sada roti came out good too. When you overknead the dough, you develop the gluten which makes it tough. When you make the dough balls, do not knead it like you did: just round them out. But good job. And just for information; it's not the proper way to address anyone by 'Mr. and/Mrs. or Miss along with their first names; always with the last names. I understand why Lance and Sana don't like it. Personally, I don't like it either when anyone calls me Miss Judy, just call me Judy. Anyway, enjoy your meal 😋🙏🏻❤️
Chorai bhaji mmmmh one of my favorite veggies.......it's true Sana you don't need to put to much force on the dough when you're kneading,handle very lightly,also when u over knead too much gluten is developed.The loya is also handled very lightly,not too much pulling together.Enjoy guys love u all.

Yesss that's true I told Lasana that also, don't knead the dough too much...more u knead it the more it gets tough and the roti might swell but the roti gets harder fast🥰. And Lasana hyping up his produce from his garden😂 and of course we are proud of him and the humour with u three are just😂amazing. Exactly my motto I use also " more simple u cook your food, more tastier it is". Sometimes simple onion, garlic and pepper are all bhagi needs. I do put coconut milk in dasheen bush when it's with dumplings or calalloo. I enjoyed this with u guys. Love u❤️
Mr sana it went ok with sada roti , but in my way thats not true you have to kneed your flour to an elastic feel to get a good sada roti !.wish one day i can show it to you brother !
