    Mango Mawa Cake ( Eggless) ½ kg cake ( Cake pan 7 x 2")
    Ingredients-
    120 gms OR 1 cup Maida, ¼ Cup Butter, 1/4th Cup oil,
    200 gms OR 3/4thcup condensed Milk, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp Baking Soda, Mawa Essence, Cooked Mango pulp - half cup, Mango emulsion -half tsp
    Milk 1/4 Cup , 2 Tbsp Curd
    Process
    Before making the Cake Batter Pre-heat the Oven at 170 deg for 10 min/ or the pressure cooker without gasket and whistle for 10 mins on high flame. Also grease/line the cake mould
    Now sieve all the dry ingredients 3 times and keep aside .
    In another bowl serially add the following ingredients one by one, Butter, oil-----beat till fluffy, add condensed milk and curd beat for 1 min. add Mawa, Mawa essence and mango pulp, mix well now add the dry ingredients little at a time along with the milk little at a time , mix well Do not Over mix the batter. Now bake in the OTG Oven at 160 to 170deg for 30 min or in a cooker on a medium flame for up to 30 mins and in a Microwave on convection Mode at 180 d give a check after 25 min with a knife…
