  • Coconut Jam Cake ( Eggless) ½ kg cake ( Cake pan 6 x 6 Square)
    Ingredients-
    120 gms OR 1 cup Maida, 1/2 Cup Butter, 1/4th Cup oil,
    200 gms OR 3/4thcup condensed Milk, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    Vanilla Essence-1tsp / coconut essence 1/2 tsp., Milk ½ Cup , dessicated coconut half cup, jam half cup
    Process
    Before making the Cake Batter Pre-heat the Oven at 170 deg for 10 min/ or the pressure cooker without gasket and whistle for 10 mins on high flame. Also grease/line the cake mould
    Now sieve all the dry ingredients 3 times and keep aside .
    In another bowl serially add the following ingredients one by one, Butter, oil-----beat till fluffy, add condensed milk beat for 1 min. add essence and mix well now add the dry ingredients little at a time along with the milk little at a time , mix well Do not Over mix the batter. Now bake in the OTG Oven at 160 to 170deg for 30 min or in a cooker on a medium flame for up to 30 mins and in a Microwave on convection Mode at 180 d give a check after 25 min with a knife…
    cool the cake completely
    now cut the cake in two layers
    apply some jame and coconut as shown in the video and repeat same on the top ..
    cut and serve.
