      Remove the lock and you can dismantle king pin to pull out.

      @@tractorsmarinemechanic pulling down is not going easy, you have any equipment? Pliers is not enought in my case. The groove is small.

      First,You should remove the pin lock at the top then you can push that pin using a long rod or screw.
