That is some of the best work I've seen on the web, but I feel like he didn't really need it. I can't really be a hypocrite though, my hair is falling out all over my head starting from the very top. It's not even thin hair it's just falling out with no pattern but it's unnoticeable to anyone but me and my barber. It still freaks me out though. The consultant said 1000 grafts will fix mine.

We don't perform forehead reduction surgeries. Some practitioners do reduce the surface area of the forehead by removing a section of the skin in this area. It will produce a linear scar which can be covered with grafts. This is a very invasive approach, however. Likewise, the position of the hairline can simply be lowered by transplanting grafts to achieve the desires facial symmetry.

Transplanted hair will continue to behave as it did in its original location. The DNA in the hair follicle does not change. If the transplanted hair is from the scalp, it will continue to grow long. If it's from the legs, chest etc, it will grow short.
