Edwards has a "chance" to be better than good. "Glasses" is a LEGIT. In-Line TE that most football novices still look at as the only really kind of TE they understand. But he is,1st+foremost,an In-Line TE prospect. Their are 2 major reasons for this . Actually 3. He gets out of his stance,off the LOS faster,than any young In-Line kid I have seen,maybe ever. Which is going to create all kinds of headaches in potential matchups,especially teams playing Man. He can also step down,or get out on guys(like in Wide zone) VERY effectively. Is going to be an outstanding blocker at 255-260 some day in gap concepts,power,counter,Tight/Wide zone,Pin+Pull....You name it. He also is already VERY good in the intermediate areas getting there and catching the ball. Also VERY good at getting Downfield in the 3 Zones and catching it. And also on the perimeter. He will be a HUGE problem for outfits trying to match up with him also when he is flexed. He resembles a young Gronk so much it is scary,and he will be on the field for THE TIDE VERY early.
We wont have Bryan Ellis long. One of the top,young Offensive minds in America. At ANY level. Nor Nick Sheridan,even though I dont hold him in the same regard.But he is good. As is Shephard in his offensive philosophies.
Be nice to see EMan contribute some. I think he can IF he proves he deserves to be on the field as a route runner,and a guy you can depend on to catch it. Especially in areas that are "congested",so to say.But he can run.
So happy to have Cuevas instead of Niblack .Josh/Dippre/Robbie O/Lewis/Lockwood will easily replace Niblacks production(Along with more WR+RB targets).Plus...Not having bond,brooks,and Benson is a HUGE addition,by subtraction,in terms of guys who will get their snaps this season that those 3 got last season. And guys who will play with discipline,TOUGHNESS,and T.E.A.M. attitudes,unlike those 3 PUDS...Especially the 1st and the latter....And the MOST important? Having CJS instead of Wiggins.!!!! What a steal!!!!!

E man be having what my coach use to call the “OH SH**S”. Whenever it’s time for him to catch the ball and make a play he’s like “OH SH*T” then he drops the ball or doesn’t make the play. He has to get over that fear of becoming great. RTR
A Jimmy whenever a player red shirts at a smaller school it isn’t always because the guy isn’t good enough. Smaller schools have to do things differently to keep talent overlapping properly. Then it could’ve been an eligibility issue, you can’t just assume because a guy red shirted that means he wasn’t good enough to play especially at smaller schools because that’s almost never the case. RTR.

E man and Kristian Story are one and the same. They both played at small HS. Both were tremendously over ranked. Both guys have had opportunities and neither has been able to capitalize. Jalen Hale passing E man up as a true freshman tells you everything. E man dropping multiple passes in the Spring game. Story dropping that interception against Georgia those things just can’t happen for players that have multiple years in the program. You have to do your job. RTR
