Tight ends are hard to evaluate because it’s not all about the physical. It’s the overall football IQ level. Tights ends have to know the entire offense everything the offensive line knows, The RBs blocking protections as well as who to block themselves they gotta know special teams and the route tree and concepts as a pass catcher. My old coach use to say he wants his TEs with a 22 ACT score or higher lol 😂

Not 100% sure, but there are some schools and student-athletes that have a mentorship program for youth athletes. It falls under the nil just like Milroes youth camp and many others that are doing them. They call and talk to young kids about whatever sport they are in and school work just being a mentor. I was reading up on it to see if my son's favorite college wrestler at Penn State was doing it or if we were both was a no on both, unfortunately. But believe recalling that you paid the student-athletes directly maybe it was with a Vemo account it's been months back and never looked any further into it.

RBs tend to play according to scheme gimmicks and skill set. Daniel Hill might already be our short yardage back. He might be our change of pace guy. And he can get snaps at full back too. So there’s many scenarios where Daniel hill could get snaps.
