A million dollar home is not what it used to be. My townhouse is now worth 500k.
Thanks mommy and daddy for gifting me this house and the cars. Now accept the responsibility of the privileged narcissist you raised.
He might not be smart enough to control his alleged violent actions, but he was certainly smart with his assets. If the home is in a trust, it is technically not his. And the cars are probably leased. He may appear wealthy, but on paper he might not have enough income to get credit. Do you think Jeter owned his home on Harbor Island? Nope. It was buried in layers of trusts.
the piece only said the “home he lives in”. Even if he owns it, it could have been given it by someone else. A lot of people make low income but inherit things. Later in the clip they report he claims to not own that house.
These kind of trusts are asset protection
so how about doing some investigative reporting and find out who owns all that stuff?
it's a trust . no one owns it but the trust. look it up and learn more about trust and how rich people use it.
Wow😊
He slaughtered a man to death with an axe. Why would the judge want to help him. I am confused
So there is no mistrial.
I love how the Officer is standing there, "I ain't heard this before..." 🤣
Fukkin florida is great like that
Get charged for perjury or get charged for tax evasion 😂
He looks like he's a meth user, and likely is living in a home that was made into a life estate type of deal by his loved ones. If this is correct, he might not have any money, and could be living there without power as many like this often do because the drugs come first. You can see the meth use in his face.
Looks like he needs to sell his properties then
He needs to call a real estate agent to sell his house! That's what anyone else would have to do! Watch them let him slide somehow. There are different rules for different people.
I hope the judge doesn’t believe his crap!
Who can afford taking money out of their house at these interest rates
Perjury is the least of his concerns
Mentally ill can say things like this . Judge already knows the truth ..
Maybe I missed this part, But did they also identify how much equity was available in the property? If it's worth 2 Million and has obligations of 1.8 million then it would be almost impossible to get any cash out. Also, did they mentin the percentage of homes in the 1.5-2.5 million range that get foreclosed each year? House poor is what the term is. If he sold the Jg adn Van he would have about 50-60 grand which wouldn't go to far in a criminal murder prosecution.
Threatening an accused murder with perjury reminds me of a Jim Gaffigan non-funny "joke"
Matthew used an axe
The media is downplaying my father's murder.
nobodies street has been quiet since 2009. YOU JUST WOKE UP.
At least the judge gave him a chance. Jaguar auction coming up
He’s not going to get a public defender.
If he does, for a murder trial, he better get used to being incarcerated.
My house is now valued at 1.5 million but I bought it a very long time ago for $80,000 I looked around I said I'm a millionaire?... I looked at my bank account I have only $97 tell me a 1 million dollar house is worthless try that estimate back in 1980s that would be very impressive to the ladies.
Now you brag to a woman that you sit in at 1 million dollar house plus and she will laugh at you and say if it's not less than 15 million dollar house you are just sitting on a homeless house. LOL 😂
meth
Please let's contribute to a GoFundMe for this Ozona Pinellas County resident.
😂😂😂
Shhhmm no 💲💰💲💰💲💰 my azzzzzs. Sell your sand car or borrow from rich family or friends, put your house up. 2 million dollar home n a Jaguar 🤨
but he’s using public funds though
@@freddyrodriguez4732 The constitution guarantees a right to an attorney. The judge wants him to swipe left.
*sigh*
Well it works for Trump.
