When Derek questioned the nogitsune's choice to possess Stiles out of all other much more strong characters physically I think he read the creature all wrong. The nogitsune was very good at playing mind games and needed a strong mind to do that. Out of all the characters of teen wolf Stiles has the strongest of minds. People often forget that heroes aren't just physically strong or quick. They are brave and knowledgeable and strong.
Hey I am too late but can you tell me which season and episode Derek questioned the nogitsune?
