Truly touching. Beth held so much inspiration and hope for both fans and characters on the show. Eliminating her in such a meaningless way basically destroyed everything she stood for, essentially saying that even if you do overcome suicide and depression, in the end you will die anyway. What kind of a message is that? Beth was hope. Seeing the impact she had on Daryl in every episode after her death is actually soul crushing. In a show with so much darkness and despair... give us a little light.
This is truly touching and heartbreaking and so beautiful.
I still feel like #TWD writers don't give a damn about us...fans :/

Yeah they don't care! Not like they made the show just for our entertainment or anything and stress over it at all.
I'm officially not going to watch TWD anymore if they don't bring her back. Her death was ridiculous and out of character. They could make her come back, maybe someone dreamt that (most preferably Carol) and stopped her from stabbing Dawn. Anything is possible on TV, especial go because realism isn't necessary since this is a zombie apocalypse. When Brian died in Family Guy fans demanded his return and they got it. Beth deserves resurrection. She was strong. She had the greatest evolution and was an inspirational to those who were once suicidal. I'm not watching this damn show anymore if she does not return. One viewer lost doesn't mean anything but over 50,000 does. The writers don't realize that they made the hugest mistake. Bring Beth back.
The problem with that is that by the time S5 ep8 aired, they'd already finished filming season five, so they didn't know the fans' reaction. If she does come back in season five, it was because that was the plan from the beginnning, not because of the fans' demands. Even if they realized their mistake as soon as it aired, it's too late for them to change the story as it's aready been filmed. We won't know if it was a mislead all along, or if she really is gone until the show comes back.
Sandy White I hope they can change it some how, although there has been many theories and reasonable evidence that Beth may have survived. I just hope it's all true. Her death just ruined me.
rightyfan I've heard about that. I personally don't think she is, I want to be wrong, but I just don't see it. It was horrible. She wasn't my absolute favorite on the show, but she was up there. And I hope, but I honestly can't say that I think she will be. :(
***** I can see your point, but not all viewers grew to care about her through that method. I grew to really like her during the 3rd season, and she became one of my favorites long before she had her little adventure with Daryl (I like Daryl, but by that point, I had grown to like Beth much more than him). So for me, as a Beth fan, I saw her story arc as just beginning, not "barely there."
Not everyone is going to love her, and that's fine, even if you hated her, that's fine, but different people are going to see it differently.
