I always liked the 4th one . They at least tried to go back to the basic worms . They set it as a prequel in the 1800’s . And they made gummers ancestor at the start someone who wasn’t into survivalist . But grew into one. It gave Michael gross a chance to change up and show us he’s acting skills
I agree! The first sequel has its moments, but nothing beats the classic worms. It reminded me why I love the original while still showing new creative kills.
Ф
@@DeepEye1994 The first sequel is the only good one of the sequels.
Timeline 🌌 🕰
yeah. This and the first and a tad bit of the 2nd tbh.
I still really love the bit where Tecopa kills the graboid with the saw. That was clever and a nice callback to the frequent way they're killed by having them ram into things by charging too fast at something.
Exactly
ow what an ugly way to go
Literally being split in half, not a great way to go. You think no animal be stupid enough.
@@Coyoteprime Well they can't see and they're hunting purely by sound.
True but I mean a normal none blind animal would charge headfirst into a saw. Unless they’re suicidal
I always loved that line.
_"YOU MISSED...WITH A CANNON!"_
“YOU MISSED!!! WITH A CANNON!!!!!!”
That’s always been my favorite line from this movie. :)
Plus I like that actor.
But it's a Punt Gun.
This is one thing about the prequel that connected it to the first that I always liked-- having a group of different people coming together to face a common threat. I've always liked that in stories.
Basic dnd storyline
Muh diversity
Not to mention the continuity of Bert’s Cannon
Nothin' makes friends better than sharin' a common enemy.
In Burts mind:
"Missed... MISSED?!! TO HELL WITH THAT!!"
Apikyo...😅
This isn't Burt, this is ancestor Hiram.
@@Jarock316 The guy was joking about a what if scenario of if Burt witnessed what his ancestor was doing.
Exactly like oh I’m gonna kill that son of a lol 😂
Burt, in this scenario: AT LEAST I RAN THE BUGGER OUT. NOW WE CAN PREPARE THE NEXT SHOT.
RIP Burt Gummer, you left behind an epic legacy and went out fighting as a legend.
In one of the worst films ever made, let alone the worst tremors movie ever made.
@@jeremiahnations8808 I think that worst award can go to Tremors A cold day in Hell
And the 3rd one
@@jeremiahnations8808 this is gold, compared to the three new ones
And his ancestor, Hiram Gummer.
2:49 I used to laugh so hard at the way he said the line with the accent as kid
I enjoyed this one. Took the graboids back to the basics with their worm form only.
No wonder Burt became a trigger-happy fool, it runs in his family!
Hiram actually wasn't a gun guy. This was Hiram's big character shift thing bringing the guns to the town, because he was about to abandon it.
"How could you miss?! He was three feet in front of you!!"
Just like that
I understood that reference!
“I fear they are very intelligent.”
I love that line.
Graboid Vs Saw = RIP Garboid. I can image how it ends. Partly spilt with that speed and hitting impact. I love this series because they keep on many interesting jokes and characters. Unlike many modern action movies.
Man, you could just imagine how BRUTAL that saw kill was. Ramming into it at that speed, that graboid probably split its head in half!
I actually wondered how it did that, cause the graboids mouth, the beak- is hard like rock, from what we can tell- so I wonder how the saw cut through it, unless, it moved to the side of its mouth underground and cut its side open.
@@Voided77at that speed on a serrated edge- yeah. Its own strength was its downfall.
Their skulls are tough, true, but metal beats carapace any day.
The Graboid animatronic in Tremors 4 is perfect. The best ever done.
those are giant puppets
@@chaosentity855 there is animatronics to
I'd have to say the first is the best for animatronic, they made 3 electric snake tongues AND a hand puppet which the producer said "I thought we'd never use it, but we had it. And then we ended up using it a LOT"
Unboxing Luigi and the first one too!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Fully agree.
The OG graboids are so much more dangerous than the African/Arctic version. They’re actually relentless and don’t give you three hours to build a trap like they did in both new films. But best of all, they don’t corkscrew through the dirt/air like a goofy spinner dolphin.
Well at least they don’t Do that on purpose because one does fly in the air like a cork screw in the first one
@@GLARebel I agree that 5, 6 and 7 are garbage in comparison to the originals, especially after what they did to Burt’s character. In the original movies his personality was paranoid but believable. In the 7th film he literally moved to a deserted island in the pacific because the govt wanted him to install a sewer system in his house. I mean.....what?!?!
It really bothers me how Burt became less of a character and more of stereotypical sight gag.
And you’re totally right about the creatures in the new movies. The threat is completely gone and the effects are trash. Hell, the final installment is called shrieker island and the most shriekers we see at one time is five. The first three minutes of the third movie has more Shrikers than the movie that’s named after then. And the 7th film’s excuse for a surfaced, split open Graboid was a mound of dirt with some orange spatter on it. I honestly couldn’t even tell what it was.
@@CaptainKotetsu Oi don't get me going. Graboids in the first movie are smart enough to predict the path of a tractor and dig a trap. Graboids in Tremors 6 get fooled by someone pissing off a tower.
@@Servellion keep in mind these are grabords that are been sleeping for over hundred of years. I don't think it would know something right away
Plus the 1 movie ranged over three days while the 6 was all in one. The time in the first would allow them to become smarter faster.
I was actually OK with the 5th movie, but after that, I just couldn’t bring myself to care about the rest. Haven’t even watched numbers 6 and 7.
3:46 “Come on, open wide! Open wide! Say AAH!”
“He did it! He did it! It’s dead! He did it!”
1:34 I knew there was a legitimate reason for having a punt gun!
Yup, to take out a 30 ducks with one shot.
@@cafenightster4548 0
If you be going monster hunting take a damn punt gun.
@@cafenightster4548 It's for hunting officer.
"It's for shooting ducks. Apparently a great many ducks..." also, I don't know if they decided on the story of 4 before the first and decided to leave the background of Burt to a sequel, or if it was just coincidence but when Val says "They're big monsters underground!" Burt and Heather looked at each other like they knew for a second
God I love that
Concern look and the question 👌🤌👌🤌
“Did he do that on purpose?”
RDR2: Graboid DLC.
Arthur Morgan: You missed... with a Cannon
John Marston: 😳
How do we tag rockstar games to this. That be so awesome.
@@luisarroyo5433 not rockstar but Modders
Hell yes.
I watched 1 to 5 so far and have thoroughly enjoyed watching them all. Looking forward to seeing 6 and 7.
Is there any other monster movies that give the same feel as tremors? I've tried to find more but I think tremors is 1 in a million. Such good story telling and such good actions, plus practical effects (especially as good as these ones) will ALWAYS be a win in my book!
Dune got giant worm in it
JAWS even though its sharks 🦈 and not worms 🪱 it's still bound to give ya nightmares
Oh yea. Definitely a gem of monster movies.
It just has an aesthetic all its own.
I feel like what makes it charming is how American it is- in its setting and its characters. It just gives a home style feel to me.
0:50 you miss with a CANNON haha classic
Me and my brother laughing like crazy
that tremor literally just smack itself onto the cutting saw. Now that's funny
0:50 😆
4:25 Hiram Gummer: ASTONISH astonishingly clever my man
That saw kill was absolutely inspired.
The punt gun moment was the best thou to me...
I mean when the backblast was portrayed on the wagon wheel when a direct hit got the graboid
Thou to me? who is thy thou there 😂 or meanst thou "tho"
Kann man immer wieder sehen. Klasse 😂
I love how you can add this movie to a western movie night and it would still work.
1:38 cannon kill 😎
The saw kill... THAT... was fucking awesome
When i first watched this movie I wasn't happy with the time shift.
I have since watched it a couple dozen times and ABSOLUTELY love the movie.
As always with the tremors movies, there is a mix of comedy and adventure. And they do this right.
It kinda makes me wonder what they did with corpses of the Graboids after everything settled.
They buried them
@@zillarex6063 or cooked them cause why not
@@dowhatyouwantidc7791 they almost threw up cause of the smell I dont think they wanna eat it
Hualed them out of town with the tractor engine
@@zillarex6063 Who's to say the smell stays after its been cooked. I recall seeing remains of the last African Graboid being cooked in Tremors: Bloodlines.
All I can think is, continuinally, there was a grab lid carcass in Perfection the whole time and no one ever knew. Still there XD
いいねぇ~ローカルな感じで倒すのたまらん

I think the saw kill is my favorite out the entire series.
2:02 agent Ross after John Marston gets killed
OOF
one of the onle prequels i actually like.
Most underrated underground Monster movie
Did I just watch burt gummer say "you missed with a cannon!!!"
You bet I did
Image Red Dead 2 would make a DLC Graboids.
I guess a .959 jdj armor piercing round would kill two Graboids with one shot
First the punt gun nearly killed every goose and duck, now it'll kill every "graboid".
All things considered, I hope that Graboid was dead before it knew what spit its head. Even for one of those things, running headlong into a saw blade makes me uncomfortable.

Im a child memories when i saw this movie, i saw this year 2002 im 12 years old at that time... Hahahaha
This movie came out in 2004 though, I can't believe it's that old already. Time flies!
Timothy John Buenaventura it came out in 2004 dude nice try
Love these movies
The graboids evolved to run on land and fly in the air.
But not a healing factor?
No matter how much humans evolve also, the factor is. Even they're mortal also, they're not invincible. Everything has a weakness or even risk factor in which could get you killed to survive. I'm curious on how they managed to reproduce underground, but if evolution has shown anything in nature, it's that even the best predators that walked out earth went extinct for some reason or another.
Hou watch too much comic crap bud
The point of these monsters is that they are just animals.
I mean they evolve like viruses

I never thought there was a series of Tremors
Yes, you and a lot of others Didn't know! It was a really good series too! 👍🏻But it had a limited release as far as channels went thought. And that's why it fell under the radar, so to speak.

Very good 0:23
Tacopa is now a legend
0:02 here they come!
1,2 and 3 were great
رؤؤؤؤؤؤعه
I saw tremors 4 first so I was oblivious to the gag about Hiram being a newb when it comes to guns!
Boom!!
Oh that’s got hurt
I just watched tremors 4 the legend begins and is perfect I really that is in 1889
Gotta love a Punt Gun!
my childhood
Bom filme gosto muito!!
Cool
Ok here’s something that gets me: if these things were already in the valley then after this movie why did it take until a century at least later for anyone to stumble on them again?
How did it not become Gummer family legend that he fought underground goddamned monsters in the 1800s?
@@WeldinMike27 they agreed not to tell anyone about the dirt dragons
They came from eggs and the warm water from the underground spring hatched them. As far as the first movie it never went into detail about it. They made assumptions but that was it. In the 2nd it stated they were precambrian life forms.
@@ken45y Hmm... I pretty sure it was stated somewhere that when the eggs are laid it takes several hundred years for them to hatch. Hence, why it's been long since anyone saw them. And saw them alive.
YEAH! YEAH! COME HERE YOU SON OF A BIT..!
Love Tecopa! Forgot the actors name but I remember him in Free Wiily
You would of thought after the 3rd movie burt would just move.
When I was little, I called Punt gun is, PUT GUT
I think that the Saw trap is the most brutal death I’ve seen on a graboid it ether slice it in half or it’s back and neck are open
I absolutely love the tremors franchise, but I can only really say I love the 1st, 2nd and 4th one. The rest are very not good. But the 4th one is definitely my favorite it is soooo good.
YA MISSED! WITH A CANON!!!
suspense movie
That guy at the end actually didnt die, the graboid ate the statue, not him.
Red Dead Redemption 2 meets Tremors
Фантастика супер
The way that graboids puff up dust from underground and popping out when catching their prey makes them akin to monster whales than monster sharks
헛 ㅎ0ㅎ ㅋㅋㅋ👍😁👍🔥👍👍
I hate how the last graboid dies it hits the engine at like 5mph and that makes it exsplode?
anticlimatic, i thought it would jam or get stuck there...
Yeah that was a bit strange
Oh yes Hiram gummer
R.I.P. Burt Gummer....
Is it me or do these Graboids look bigger than the ones from the original Tremors?
They did have months to grow in 4.
Apik pokoe
1:36 Awesome scene, sick idea, great effects! Looked like what a Graboid getting its brains blown out with a Canon should look like! I love Graboids! Theyre awesome, unique movie monsters. These creatures are so deadly that its so satisfying to see one get its dome split with a MF Canon! Bp doubt. Been a Tremors fan since th3 original. Rarely have i seen a Graboid die so beautifully in film. Aside from in part 1 where a Graboid gets lit up with lead, & then blown away with a high caliber rifle, and when one flies off the cliff, & a few other scenes.
3:54 was an awesome, & creative Graboid death as well.
I want to see all the series of tremors movie but it's unavailable on you tube.what I do.
Punt guns. Originally used for duck hunting.
